The apartment easily accommodates four people in total luxury and overlooks a peaceful neighborhood, yet it is still close to famous museums, chic shopping, and a plethora of restaurants, cafés, and bistros.

2 Bedrooms; Sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa chair in the second bedroom for other sleeping configurations, suitable for children.

With a private terrace off the dining room and a second private terrace off the upstairs master bedroom - amenities you won't find in most London vacation apartments - you'll be able to experience Olde England in grand style, reveling in modern luxury in a setting that takes you back 200 years.

    Set on a quiet and charming mews, complete with original Victorian arch and columns that frame the entrance to the cobble-stoned streets. One of the last remaining horse stables in London was located a few doors away in this until a few years ago and the picturesque location is so authentic of Victorian England that a number of movies have been filmed here.

    Step through the front door of the London vacation apartment and walk up a short flight of stairs to the large and sunny living room, dining room, and open kitchen. This large room measures approximately 900 square feet and was originally a cluster of rooms in Victorian times. They have been gloriously combined into one, providing a dramatic feeling of light and space.

    Charming Victorian features have been retained and contrast well with the completely modern kitchen and furniture. Dark hardwood floors and sea grass carpets blend with the chocolate brown sofa and plush beige linen armchairs. The designer sofas, arm chairs, and large leather coffee table cluster around the fireplace, creating a comfortable room in which to relax in your London apartment. A beautiful leather armchair sits at the end of this arrangement, perfect for settling down to a good book at the end of your day.

    The kitchen is cutting edge design, with Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances. This London vacation apartment has everything. Find a full-sized refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all of the pots, pans, and utensils you will ever need to prepare lavish meals. There is also a full complement of porcelain dishes, cutlery, glasses, and quality linens to set an immaculate table.

    The stainless steel work table is an added plus, with storage drawers that hold the pots and pans below.

    One of the best features is the fact that a Waitrose supermarket, offering a plentiful selection of groceries and ready-prepared dishes, is located next to the Gloucester Road Tube, only four minutes away.

A rectangular teak table with an umbrella and seating for six means you can dine al fresco on warm days and evenings, or simply relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of London sightseeing, taking in the ambiance of this exclusive neighborhood. The brick facades of Victorian homes surround you and you will pinch yourself that you have arrived in this amazing city.

    Step into the master bedroom on the right and it's like stepping right into a fashion magazine. The queen-size bed is centered on an over-sized headboard, a hallmark touch of Jonathan Reeves, and is framed by two three-tiered blond wood and stainless steel bedside tables that are topped with complimenting stainless steel lamps.

Potted bay trees and flowers complete the setting! In the peaceful setting of the Kensington vacation rental, it is hard to believe that you are in the center of London, but the bustling life of the city surrounds you.

    As with the terrace off the dining room, metal grills can be locked for good security, while being able to leave the doors and windows open for good ventilation.

Next to the shower find a free-standing, stainless steel towel rack loaded with the plushest towels available.

    Find the second bedroom at the top of the stairs and on your left. This long room has two single beds and an armchair that easily flips open to make a comfortable single bed at night. Like all of the furnishings in our London vacation apartments, we use only the highest quality beds.

    On the left side of the second bedroom is a long built-in desk with free wireless internet and a Nordic Stairmaster machine. Exercise buffs can take advantage of the stairmaster to stay in shape, or jog around Kensington Gardens, a few blocks away.
