Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed the Queensgate studio on our recent trip. It was so great to live like a "Londoner" for the week in your impeccable flat - it was the perfect size for us and the loft couldn't have been more comfortable!
Also wanted to thank you, Philippe (and Tessie!) for being so wonderful to deal with! It was truly our pleasure doing business with you. : )

Sorry it took a couple of weeks to write but I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your Queensgate studio loft last month. It was perfect for the two of us and we LOVED living like Londoners for the week! Everything was perfect - the location, neighborhood, your recommendations.... and your flat was just gorgeous!
Lastly, thank you for being such warm, friendly people to do business with. It was our pleasure dealing with you both. Hopefully one of these day we'll plan a trip to Paris (fingers crossed!!) and if we do, we'll definitely get in touch about your apartments in Paris. : )

I am an interior designer who has traveled extensively and has stayed in leading hotels all over the world. During my recent trip to London I booked a wonderful flat through London Perfect. Madelyn and Philipe were wonderful to work with and the flat was exquisite.
This small flat is beautifully designed and decorated. It has all the amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel including wonderful soft duvets, down pilows, and even an expresso maker. Madelyn has truly thought of everything to make your stay pleasant.
While small, the flat has soaring 14 foot ceilings decorated with restored period oil paintings and large windows to let in the natural light. It is so well designed that it feels really spacious.
It is truly a jewel in the heart of London with shopping, museums, and wonderful restaurants in walking distance. I hate to leave this lovely flat and hope to return very soon. I would highly recommend London Perfect and the Queens Gate Flat. Best regards, Jan Wilkinson

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed our stay at the Queensgate apartment. Never have I seen such beautifully inventive use of such a small space! Everything was absolutely comfortable, exceptionally beautiful, and truly perfect. As in all of the ParisPerfect and LondonPerfect apartments in which we’ve stayed, Madeline's sense of design and hospitality is awesome. Thanks for the opportunity to "live" in London.

Queen's Gate Apartment: This is our first apartment rental and we have found this one a wonderful way to experience living like a Londoner. It's located in a nice and safe residential neighborhood. Many sights and museums are close by so we didn't even use the tube the first two days of our stay!
The apartment is small but comfortable and very nicely appointed in a contemporary style. It has a nice roomy bathroom relative to the apartment size.
Madelyn and Philippe have been wonderful to work with. We look forward to staying at one of their apartments in Paris!

The Cornwall apartment really is London Perfect. Nicely furnished; peaceful, private patio (we ate breakfast there daily with croissants from the nearby French bakery); internet connection; great location for eating, sites, walking around and close to the Tube; quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood; a cool hideaway in the center of London.

My wife, twin 13-year old granddaughters and I spent a magical week at the Cornwall in June, 2006. Decor, location, ambiance, etc. were unbeatable. The Kensington location was perfect; easy walking access to the "tube," supermarket, resturants, Kensington Park and museums (Victoria and Albert,Science, Natural History.)
The apartment easily accomodated all four of us, with a measure of privacy for each. We all retreated to the beautiful garden at various times; Madelyn has created a masterpiece there. The kitchen, washer and dryer and other domestic niceties made the stay convenient as well as enjoyable.
Lushi provided excellent transportation to and from airports and train stations at a reasonable cost. Most importantly, he was reliable!
In summary, the Cornwall came as advertised and was a perfect choice for us.

Once again, Philippe and Madelyn have provided the perfect home base for a European getaway! They offer all the amenities you can think of and surprise you with more. Their lovely and well-appointed apartments offer all you could need, and don't forget to use their spot-on reccomendations for fun activities and restaurants. We cannot reccomend their properties highly enough! Thank you for another dream vacation.

My son and I vacationed in London for our first time this past September and stayed in the Cornwall Apartment. The trip was fabulous and our accomodations helped make it even more so. The apartment, itself, was very comfortable and offered a welcome respite at the end of our busy days. The Kensington location could not have been better. Madelyn and Philippe had great suggestions (we followed almost all of them) with respect to transport to and from the airport, where to dine, what to do, and how to make economical phonecalls back home (SKYPE!). We plan to return to "London Perfect" next year with the entire family! Jane Howard, Modesto, California

A week at this London apartment was just perfect! Clean, well-located, charmingly decorated, lovely patio, all contributed to a wonderful London vacation. Close by are charming restaurants, a french bakery, a great deli, and, at home, a well-stocked kitchen made our food choices fun. The bus, tube, and taxis are all within walking distance.
A great find for 2 people. Tell your friends; we are!

We just got back from a London vacation. Since we had a wonderful experience with Madelyn and Phillipe's Beaujolais apartment in Paris, this time we decided to stay in their Cornwall apartment in London. This beautiful house made our vacation unforgetable. Additionaly, we had the chance to meet Madelyn and Philippe who are extremely hospitable. They have the best taste in the world, we were very delighted to stay at their beautifully decorated, comfortable houses which are also at the perfect locations of the cities. If there are any parisperfect houses at anywhere I go in the world, without any doubt I'll prefer it. And when I stay at parisperfect houses I feel like I'm in a house which belongs to me. Thanks Madelyn and Philippe, I wish you extend your property range to other parts of the world.

We stayed in "the Cornwall" apartment in London. The location was excellent--very nice neighbourhood, close to everything yet very quiet. The apartment was bright and sunny and had everything you could need. Having in-suite laundry was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed in the London Cornwall apartment earlier this month (Jan 2005) and absolutely loved it. We will definitely stay there again on future visits to that great city. Like your typical Americans, we are used to a lot of space, and this apartment was great in that respect and in how well it was appointed. Very quiet, a great neighborhood, quick & convenient Tube access to the entire city, and less than a two-minute run from the southwest corner of spacious and spectacular Hyde Park--that's hard to beat. The owners are very respectful of your privacy and yet very attentive to any questions or needs you may have. A first-rate place!

LONDON PERFECT - IT REALLY IS!!!
We just returned from a week in your wonderful London flat, and it was everything the photos promised! My husband loved the washer/dryer combination... Nov 04 - We just spent 7 nights at the wonderful apt. in Kensington and it was everything we could want!!! The location was absolutely perfect being so close to shopping, restaurants, and the tube! So close yet situated in such a nice quiet neighborhood. The accomodations were perfect! It was exactly like the photos on the web. Our trip to London was terrific and the Cornwall apartment was wonderful. During past visits to London Doug had stayed in the Millennium Gloucester Motel just blocks away enjoying the accommodations and local culture and charm. However, on this trip we wanted a bit more room to spread out in and more atmosphere. The Cornwall provide these and more. We couldn't have been more pleased. It warrants a repeat visit. In fact, when we asked our 10 year-old daughter how she would rate this trip she replied without hesitation - "this trip was better than Disney World or Hawaii." Thank you London Perfect for making this a vacation to remember.
