"Leicester was a fine choice of an apartment. The location is perfect, close by activities but quiet. The apartment was outfitted nicely and well kept. It was a very comfortable place to which to return. On the really picky side of things, it would have been nice to have a radio to listen to classical music, but that is not a major issue. We were gone much of the time. The issue I would seriously consider addressing is the bed in the master bedroom. It is quite soft and difficult for anyone with any back, hip, knee, shoulder, etc. issues. A good bed often defines an enjoyable next day, so making an adjustment toward a firmer mattress would be wise and appreciated by every renter, I would think. Overall, London Perfect was responsive and kind. The apartment allowed us to live comfortably and pleasantly. The Notting Hill setting is ideal, and the proximity of the Tube is very convenient. We were delighted and hope to return. Anyone staying there is set up to have a grand time in London!"

"Wow! This place is amazing. It's so immaculate and brand new that I was afraid to touch stuff. I loved this flat for our week in London. The AC was a blessing as it had been very hot. I was a single mom traveling with kids and it allowed us to be comfortable at night as I wouldn't have felt safe leaving windows open. Being on the ground floor was a gift to our tired legs after a day of touring. The kitchen has brand new, high tech appliances that take a little figuring out but all worked well. There is a Whole Foods a couple blocks away for shopping. You are one side alley walk to the main road with several cute restaurants right around the corner. Great location! I wouldn't hesitate to return."

"The Middleton apartment is a fabulous place to stay if you're in London for a visit. The apartment is in a fabulous location. It is close to two different tube stops and within quick walking distance of many different shops and restaurants and museums. It is also right next door to a fabulous London pub that respects their neighbors. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Both bathrooms are functional and large. The convenience of having your own kitchen is great. We loved our stay at the Middleton, and when we return to London, we would definitely stay here again. In addition, the customer service of everyone we worked with at London Perfect was top notch. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone we encountered was from the booking folks to those on the ground in London. Their tips and advice were wonderful."

"This apartment has a phenomenal location just a block from Kensington High Street tube station and a couple blocks to Kensington gardens. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lots of light from big windows and nicely decorated. Local staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also a nice Whole Foods just a couple blocks away for groceries and takeout. Our family of four was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!"

"The flat was perfect for our family of three. Everything we needed was included and the neighborhood was the perfect location for all our activities. We were amazed at how quiet this flat was given it is right in the middle of Kensington. We particularly enjoyed the convenient restaurants and groceries and Tube and bus stops. Thank you! "The Gloucester was a wonderful townhouse. There were five of us and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Great atmosphere and very comfortable and clean. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The Tube station was very close and we could get up to most of the main sightseeing areas in 20 minutes or less. The people at London Perfect were also very helpful and gracious. Our greeter was a delight!"

"The apartment is a nice size, especially the master bedroom/bathroom. Had a nice breeze at night. The neighborhood is safe and had lots of nice restaurants, bakeries and a good grocery and the post office was just around the corner. Would have preferred an American type coffee maker (drip style or Keurig). Thanks for your hospitality and helping us get a front door pick up for a cab. Our two teenage granddaughters had a blast!"

"Kensington Court is a fabulous property, a beautiful brand new apartment with wonderful amenities, exactly as depicted in the photos. The kitchen and living areas are gorgeous, the three bedrooms make it very easy for a family to stretch out, and the garden is enchanting. The apartment is set on a quiet courtyard, but just a minute's walk to a wonderful neighborhood with every kind of store and restaurant imaginable, and convenient to all transportation. We loved our time there!"

"Apt was nice. Plenty of room. The driver that picked us up and took us back to airport was great and on time. The website was easy to navigate to book tours. All the tours went well and no issues, was a perfect vacation. Really liked the lunch cruise on the Thames and London Tower visit!"

"We really enjoyed the Austen apartment during our time in London. We decided to stay for 9 nights are we were grateful to have a comfortable place to stay. The location was perfect for our family. We were close to parks, the Tube and Whole Foods. My kids really enjoyed walking to Portabello Market. The Tube station has 2 lines that make it easy to maneuver around. The flat is on the 3rd floor but worth the walk up. The nicely decorated living space allowed us to spread out and entertain friends while we stayed. There is a beautiful garden area you can enjoy (access is around the corner). I would recommend this apartment to families visiting London. We felt like we got the true Londoner experience. The welcome guide, Will, was very helpful and made great suggestions on travelling around the city."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gordon for a few days. I was by myself, and a bit nervous to be in a big city that I did not know well. I was thrilled with Gordon's central location, lots of tube and bus connections nearby plus I could walk in Kensington Gardens every morning. I was a bit hesitant to stay in an apartment and not a hotel as I love to have early morning coffee in the breakfast room at my hotel, needless to say I was thrilled that my lovely greeter Ellen had stocked the apartment with everything I could need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The only thing I would mention to other guests is that there are steps leading into the building and the step in and out of the tub was pretty high. Not a problem for me, but could be for some. Gordon will definitely be my home away from home next time I am in London."

"Very much enjoyed our stay at the Walton. Location was upscale, very convenient to the tube, shopping and museums. The street was safe and quiet. Flat was filled with lovey art and had all the needs for cooking. Our greeter was friendly and helpful. Some minor repairs are recommended including peeling paint on the ceilings, light bulb replacements, broken tiles and delaminating kitchen cabinets."
