"Everyone who saw our pictures on FB thought we were staying in a palace. The Salisbury is a gorgeous place to stay, steps from the Gloucester tube station, a very convenient Waitrose, and just tons of pubs and restaurants. An added bonus is that many of the Premium Tours day trip tour busses pick up and drop off at the Gloucester station, making it even more convenient for this who want to get out of the city. I can't say enough about this lovely property, and we were truly sad to leave it. Hope to see it again soon!"

"These ceilings are amazing and so was your staff. Big thank you to Daniel, Ed and Oksana for making our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Perfect loft studio for two. Our son who works in London also had room to sleep with us a few nights. Close to two tube stations ( South Kensington and Gloucester) grocery stores and great restaurants. Please visit the London Perfect websites and select some tours. All our tours were a hit. Second stay in London and another great time thanks to London Perfect."

"I'm writing to let you know how much my daughter and I loved staying at our London Perfect apartment. Chelsea is the perfect neighborhood, with its tree-lined streets, village feel, and proximity to shopping and restaurants, and our apartment was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, with every amenity you would need - A fully equipped kitchen, a lovely outdoor garden, comfortable beds, and so much more. Tasteful elegance, combined with an excellent location – if we have the good fortune to return to London, this is where we would love to stay again!"

"We stayed at this beautiful flat during Holy week. This flat provided a quiet oasis from the huge crowds at the tourist sites during the holiday week. The photos are very accurate, as this was a bright and comfortable flat for our family of 4. The courtyard gardens were lovely with the Spring flowers, and that apartment is well-located, as it is halfway between the Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street tube stops, so it was easy to get to virtually all of the normal tourist destinations. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, pastry shops, and markets within walking distance. It was also nice to be so close to Kensington Palace and Gardens and Hyde Park, which provide nice opportunities for long strolls or jogs, and we were able to walk to Royal Albert Hall one night for a concert."

"Great location, close to Hyde Park, V&A, Gloucester Road tube station (buy the Oyster card!). Many attractions are within walking distance. Enjoy a nice walk to Buckingham Palace, etc. via Hyde Park. Near several embassies, universities, safe to walk at night. First floor, easy in and out; no view, a bit of street noise but subsides at night. Stairs to bedroom were only used when we went to bed, so no issue and a good muscle stretch. No spices, etc. beyond salt/pepper. We were there five nights and didn't cook dinner once though. Made breakfasts. Nepresso and Bodum coffee maker; electric water. London Perfect equips you with some coffee pods, coffee, tea, jam and some nice welcoming items in the fridge. Easy grocery shopping at tube or walk to Whole Foods. The greeter, in our case, Daniel, is there to welcome you and explain everything, give you ideas, etc. We hit most of the 'triple triangles' on Rick Steve's list in four full days (there was a copy of the detailed Rick Steve's London in the flat). There's also a great map hanging on the wall, more London books, DVDs. Lushi drove us from/to airport; was well worth the cost. We were very pleased with the unit and will definitely be returning!"

"My family and I stayed at the Walton at the end of December. We loved the location-close to Sloane Square and South Kensington tube stations. We loved the fact that we had so much more space than a hotel room. The place is beautifully decorated. Very quiet at night as well. It is a 4-level home so if you don't like steps this might not be for you. Would definitely stay here again."

"The flat was pretty much perfect for our 10-day stay. It is spacious, one of the best-equipped kitchens we have experienced, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is excellent with good local restaurants and pubs, easy to get to the bus or tube and is a very short walk to King's Road with all it has to offer - plus the Tesco Express on the corner is a life-saver. This experience went a long way to making it one of our best London holidays (the wonderful concerts we attended were, of course, our highlight). As we have experienced with Paris Perfect, the attention by your staff both before and during our stay was very much appreciated."

"This is our second time working with London Perfect and the service and quality are as perfect as our first trip. From the smile and professionalism of Lushi who greeted us at the airport and took us into London, to the warmth and hospitality of staff who prepared Queensgate beautifully, to the informative introduction of our greeter who pointed out all the features of Queensgate, our London stay over the Xmas holidays was wonderful. Queensgate is a relaxing retreat during busy days of exploring London. The studio is conveniently located close to museums, Kensington Park, Gloucester underground station (although we as a family of four took Uber everywhere); Waitrose supermarket (look for the daily reduced items), and restaurants on Gloucester Street (try Memories of India). The flat is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic hideaway; yet also comfortable for a petite family. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility and safety of South Kensington and will stay again and recommend this flat and other similar London Perfect properties in this area. Thank you London Perfect! "The apartment was perfect! Spacious, well appointed, great location, comfortable bed! The greeter was helpful and there was a book of useful information provided about the apartment, neighborhood, and city. We arrived to a fridge stocked with milk, orange juice and champagne and there was coffee, shortbread cookies, sugar, jam. Everything we needed. Thank you London Perfect for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in London."

"Londonperfect is by far the most thorough and proactive vacation rental company we've encountered. From the reservations agent to the ground team in London (Sax and Dan. Dan even walked us and our luggage to the tube on our check-out date), everyone took that extra step to make sure our needs are met, glitches are fixed, etc. Two examples: 1) before our arrival, I emailed the reservation team about a hair dryer in the apartment. They didn't just tell me to call if I can't find it; they communicated with the London ground team who got back to me within a day, assuring me that the greeter will bring an extra one in case they can't locate the one that should already be in the apartment. 2) upon arrival I asked Sax and Dan about fans just as a back up. They couldn't locate them at first, which is really not a concern for us as London at that time was cool. Two hours later Sax emailed to say he talked to the owners who gave directions to the fans in a high cupboard, and he offered to come and get the fans out of the cupboard for us. Traveling with young kids, I can't begin to express how much I appreciate these thoughtful gestures. We'll absolutely use London Perfect and recommend our friends to the company in the future."

"London Perfect was an amazing company to work with; incredibly professional and exceptionally thorough from arranging a car service to picking us up at the airport, to providing details for WiFi access, to offering a wide variety of children's DVDs and picture books for our 3 year old, to listing suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood, to booking a private tour guide. The location of the Austen was central and very convenient for getting anywhere we wanted to. London Perfect made our vacation completely hassle and stress free and the fact that the Austen felt like home made our vacation that much more special. We highly recommend London Perfect and will continue to use the company for future planning."

"It really was a Perfect flat in London! The apartment was everything we hoped for and more. We were warmly welcomed by Jenny who walked us through operation of all things electronic and she left us with a wonderful gift basket, full of things we needed and loved having. The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to major bus routes and a tube station. The apartment itself was spacious and so very comfortable. We hope to be back again soon! For anyone having any hesitation about whether or not to use London Perfect, I must tell you, DO IT! The staff was attentive and easy to reach in case of any issue or problem (I blew a fuse and they came and took care of it immediately.) Our London friends who came by to visit were impressed at the size, location and comfort of the flat. On a scale of 1-10, London Perfect gets a 20!"

"This is our second time at Sloane after staying here in August last year. We choose it because of location location location. After a 13 hours flight the apartment was home away from home. There were lightbulbs in the kitchen to be repaired and it was attended to promptly. Hope to you again soon."
