"We very much enjoyed our stay at Queensgate. While we chose it for proximity to the V&A museum, its Tube links were great, making it easy to get around London. A bonus was being on the same Tube line as Kings Cross for ease of access to St Pancras and the Eurostar. The apartment was well appointed, and we self-catered using some of the local shops, particularly Partridges in Gloucester Road. The washing machine was also well used! The staircase was a bit of a challenge, which is something less agile guest may wish to consider. All in all, we recommend this apartment as a pleasant place for a stay in London."

"We absolutely loved it! Apartment was lovely...decorated beautifully in every way (and I am an Interior Designer)! Location was perfect...the street is beautiful and safe! But mostly the service from London Perfect was just that... perfect! They were professional in every way and went well above what was expected. I would absolutely recommend them (and I travel ALOT)! We also used Lushi's driving service and he was charming and prompt. Totally a great experience!"

"The Middleton was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We were near some great grocery stores, pubs and the metro. The Italian restaurant on the corner was our favorite as well as the Glouchester Arms pub. The house was very comfortable for the six of us. It was an updated house with so much charm. The London perfect group was extremely helpful, and they did everything they could to make our stay great. The drivers with Lushi were outstanding. We highly recommend this house and especially using London Perfect."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Spencer! It's in a great neighborhood (literally a five-minute walk to Harrods, the Knightsbridge tube station and three museums on Brompton Road), with two groceries and a dozen restaurants close by. The home was terrific! There are quite a few stairs (short ones) but the kitchen had everything we needed, the TVs worked nicely and the rooms that had air conditioning units were an added bonus. Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths made a comfortable stay for the four of us. We felt more like citizens of the neighborhood rather than guests, and that also made for a great visit. The staff was very helpful, too, quickly answering questions from us during our stay. We had a marvelous experience with the home and London Perfect and hope to return soon!"

"The location of the Belgravia unit is excellent. About 2 blocks from the Victoria tube stop, and within walking distance of many of London's major attractions. The Belgravia neighborhood is quite upscale so it's very pleasurable to be there. Quiet street. The apartment itself is also very good. It is in a charming older building, but has been totally renovated to provide modern conveniences without losing the charm. Very spacious. We had 5 in our group and had plenty of room. The master suite is particularly nice. In general, we would highly recommend."

"This is our family's second stay in the Queensgate Loft in the past two years. This flat is in a great location and within easy walking distance to the Tube, Kensington Gardens, shopping, restaurants and museums. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and has a wonderful large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. We can't wait to return!"

"Our family of 5 stayed for a week at the Middleton rental. It was exactly what I was hoping for and more. I wanted a place so we would all be together, not scattered in different hotel rooms. This was a time for my 3 older kids to bond and hang out with one another before they all go their separate ways with their jobs and school. What I liked about the flat was at the end of a long day of sightseeing, we came back to the flat, had our personal space chat, rest, shower then walk to dinner. The location of the flat was key, super close to the Tube, Pubs, markets, everything one might need. I loved getting up in the morning and walking to the stores and picking up fresh fruit and croissants for my kids for breakfast. The beds were all comfortable and it was super convenient to have the washer and dryer, too. We were able to do a few loads of laundry before going to our next leg of our trip. I would also highly recommend you use, Lushi, the driver. He picked us up from the airport, we were tired, never been to London before and he was there, with an air conditioned, van and took us straight to the flat. I would have not liked trying to figure out the Tube with all our luggage and cranky kids. I look forward to using London Perfect for my girls trip next year!"

"My daughter, her friend and I had a lovely time in London. London Perfect makes the lodgings so easy. The studio apartment was in a great location and had the basics that we needed when we were tired of touring. It's such an easy way to travel. The best part of London Perfect, and Paris Perfect, is the helpful staff who are available to answer questions and generally make sure everything is taken care of."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Westminster. It was a great location, just a few blocks from the Westminster Abbey and tube stop. We were thrilled that there was Pret a Manger, Itsu and small cafe just steps away. The apartment itself was clean, well designed for the small space and equipped with all modern, quality appliances. The decor was clean yet fun - my kids loved it! It was perfect for the four of us - 1 adult, 2 teenagers and 1 child. We hope to be back soon."

"We had a great time. Awesome apartment with a superior location. Quiet, residential neighborhood, but literally steps to 2 Gordon Ramsay restaurants, including the namesake one with three Michelin stars. The Five Fields, which was the number one restaurant on trip advisor while we were there, was also a 10 minute walk. Also a great little pub, The Surprise, was just around the corner, and its sister pub, the Phoenix, was five minutes away. 10 minute walk to Sloane Square (Tube station), Sloane Street, and King's Road. The apartment was also a long block away from the Thames and just across the river was Battersea park. You could take a beautiful 45 minute walk down the Thames to get to Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. Finally, right around the corner from us was the Royal Hospital where the Chelsea pensioners stay. We went to church there on Sunday; it was a beautiful service in their spectacular 17th century chapel. When we needed a cab, it was very easy to get one on Royal Hospital Road. Inside the apartment was very nice as well. Two bedrooms downstairs with very comfortable beds. Also three full bathrooms downstairs (plus the powder room upstairs) was a big plus. The kitchen, living room and dining room were very nicely appointed, although the furniture was not very comfortable to sit in. Ditto for sitting on the hide-a-bed couch downstairs in the separate TV room. I can only imagine that sleeping on the hide-a-bed is very uncomfortable. The apartment had 2 Internet routers, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The upstairs one was very spotty, but the downstairs one worked for both floors most of the time. I think the main problem was just too much competition for bandwidth from all the other apartments. Thankfully Candise is a high tech guru and she reset one of the routers, after which we had much better performance. They also had a speaker with a docking station so that you could play your music off of your iPhone. Perhaps the most glaring weakness was the absence of a drip coffee maker or a Keureg machine, odd given that they must rent to a lot of Americans. There were two Starbucks within a 10 minute walk, although the coffee isn't quite up to American standards - or maybe just my standards - (not strong enough or hot enough). Although it's hard to call me an expert after just one week, I did walk the area quite a bit, and I would definitely return to Chelsea, and that apartment in particular (assuming they buy a coffee machine before my next visit!)"

"Absolutely lovely and tremendously comfortable! The Salisbury is located in a prime part of London within the very charming Stanhope Gardens-the Gloucester Road tube station is mere minutes away, as is a Waitrose market. We highly recommend this property, and plan to return!"

"This was our 2nd stay in the Queensgate loft in the past 2 years. The loft is in a perfect location for experiencing London and within easy walking distance to many sights and the Tube. The loft is modern, clean and perfect for 2-3 people. Working with London Perfect is very easy and we booked the driver from Heathrow both times; MUCH easier to have a driver and just enjoy the ride when jetlagged. We recommend the loft and hope to return someday!"

We needed a place that could not only comfortably accommodate a family with young children but that could offer a location that was convenient to all the key sights within London. Middleton was a perfect combination of both. The apartment was very conveniently situated in the heart of Kensington but more importantly it was an incredibly lovely flat. It was beautifully decorated, offered all the necessary amenities, and was incredibly well kept and clean. In addition to being so pleased with the apartment, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the car service that was waiting for us at the airport after a long flight and were so relieved/happy when the staff allowed us to check in before our scheduled time (especially since we had tired children). We would absolutely recommend London Perfect above any other option to all our friends and family. One of the best experiences I've had traveling abroad with my family. Thank you again:)"
