London Perfect specializes in luxury short term vacation rentals and long term corporate rentals in the most desirable areas of London. We are looking for a few excellent properties. If you have a quality apartment in central London that you're interested in renting for part or all of the year, we would be happy to speak with you about it.
Desirable Criteria:
- The most desirable apartments are located in Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill and Hyde Park
- Apartments must be furnished to a high standard.
- Minimal number of weeks your flat need to be available for rental: 8 weeks minimum. It takes considerable time to prepare a new property, take photos, advertise it, prepare instructions etc. For this reason, it’s important that your property be available at least 8 weeks per year for short term rentals.
- London Perfect has a local team of representatives who will be happy to inspect your apartment, offer an estimate of rental price and occupancy and who can offer suggestions to present it in the best way.
