We’re always thrilled when we hear from happy guests after a stay in one of our London Perfect vacation rentals. This is the reason we do what we do! It is our goal to share the very best of this city we love and to offer guests a charming and comfortable home away from home in London. We’re pleased to share this lovely review of our Cornwall apartment rental in Kensington!
“We visited London over the week between Christmas and New Year. We stayed in the Cornwall flat, a wonderful spot in a great location. A greeter was there to explain things and answer questions. The flat was small but very comfortable and clean. Everything was well thought out … the decor, the kitchen, the lovely shower, the comfortable king size bed … I could go on and on! We loved the garden and conservatory in back, it was a little cold and rainy so we did not use it, but loved looking out the door from the bedroom. We walked everywhere, to Kensington Palace, High Street, restaurants and took the Underground straight to the theatre a couple of nights. We have stayed with London Perfect many times and will do so again. Want to try Paris Perfect too! Thank you.” – Karen, Florida, USA
Many thanks to Karen for sharing these experiences! If you haven’t checked it out yet on our website, the Cornwall is a beautifully remodelled one bedroom, one bathroom apartment rental that welcomes up to four guests. The private garden and conservatory are one of the best features of this London rental, especially when the weather is warm outside. But even as Karen mentioned, it’s lovely to simply look out to the garden from the bedroom anytime of the year. With the garden setting and quiet location, it’s easy to forget you’re right in the heart of London!
The Cornwall is set on a picture perfect London street just a short stroll to Kensington Gardens with Kensington Palace nearby and to Kensington High Street with fabulous shopping and restaurants to choose from. Or walk the other direction to Museum Row where you can see the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and, one of our favorite museums in London, the Victoria & Albert Museum.
It’s also just a few minutes to the Gloucester Road Tube station that is conveniently on the Circle and District lines that go direct to Notting Hill, Sloane Square in Chelsea, Westminster, Tower Hill and much more. Or hop on the Piccadilly line at Gloucester Road to go direct on the Tube to Knightsbridge (Harrods? Yes, please!), Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Covent Garden in the West End to reach all the theatres.
If you’re planning a visit to London and are looking for a peaceful and comfortable home setting, we invite you to pop over to see more photos of the Cornwall. That could be you starting your day with tea in the conservatory of your London vacation rental!
