"Middleton was delightful! We had a group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) and were very comfortable. Location was superb. The property was beautifully maintained. We would love to return again next year and the next and so forth. Working with LondonPerfect was indeed just that - perfect. Professional, gracious, helpful. I have already recommended your company to several friends. Additionally, The Queen's Arms pub two doors down was a courteous neighbor. We were curious as to how that would be, but quickly found Mike(manager) to be great! They keep it clean, the noise level was acceptable, and by 11 pm there was silence. Very good Sunday lunch there by the way."

"We have used London Perfect 3x and Paris Perfect 2X and we have loved all the apartments but this is our favorite. We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment with 5 people: 2 young children, 3 adults. The apartment is in the most wonderful location in Chelsea, it is well appointed, loved and cared for. It has a great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms and with the bedrooms downstairs, it was nice and quiet. You can move around the apartment easily without waking anyone, there was plenty of space. We never heard any noise from anyone in the apartment block. Everything we needed was there (it was very well stocked for us) and it had easy access for young kids and an elderly grandparent. Also Ed greeted us at the Christchurch and did a wonderful job showing us all the ins and outs of the apartment. This was the most professional meet and greet we have had. We will book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Gloucester apartment. It is roomy with all the amenities you would need. It was the perfect week with our 4 children. It is walking distance to the tube, Kensington Park and the bus line is just 2 blocks away. There is a beautiful park right across the street which makes for a lovely coffee on the balcony in the mornings :) It was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it highly!!! Especially for families :)"

"My husband and I spent two weeks at the Leicester in May. We loved the newly renovated flat and the location is fabulous. We have spent a lot of time in London and Notting Hill is definitely our preferred location. Portobello Market is around the corner - easy access, but you don't hear the associated noise. Kensington Gardens and Palace are a short walk from the flat. (We heard from locals that you may see Kate walking George or the dog in the park.) There are restaurants all over the place and they range from 2-star Michelin rated places to great local pizza joints. The Notting Hill Gate tube station is a 2 block walk and provides access to 3 tube lines. For example, we went to the theater in the West End one evening. It was 30 minutes from the time the performance ended to walk into the flat. That is remarkable for London. Can't wait to come back."

"We stayed at the Middleton apartment with our two young children and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic - located right near the V&A, Museum of Natural History and Science Center and about two blocks from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. The flat is perfect for a family of four (or 6). A good size master bedroom and two bedrooms just next door with twin beds are perfect for children. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. You enter on the ground floor living space and then walk up a fairly narrow staircase to the second floor where the bedrooms are. The third floor has a tiny patio that we never used (but that did not matter at all). The Queens Mews pub a few doors down (literally a 20 second walk from the house) is great - very charming and good food. Gloucester Road and High Street Kensington stops on the Tube are about a 15 (or 20 minute with kids) walk away. There is a market within a 5 minute walk that was very convenient and had everything we needed for our visit. The apartment is modern and renovated with everything you would need. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at the Walton was fantastic. First we used Luishi and his car service to pick us up at Heathrow. This went very smoothly and I was especially impressed with his attention to detail on flights arrivals and changes. Arriving at Heathrow can be delayed but Luishi was on top of it. Called me immediately when we arrived and picked us up promptly. The arrival at the apartment was perfect. We were greeted by Sax and he took us thru the details. The apartment was perfect. Location in Chelsea was perfect. Right around the corner was a small pub called "The Enterprise" where we went for a night cap each evening. Very nice! Also the apartment was a 5 minute walk form Harrod's and many wonderful shops and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk from the South Kensington Tube station. Really perfect. The Walton was very nicely decorated and made us feel we were at home everyday after touring London. The kitchen is amazing. Large and we had breakfast there every morning before going out. The outdoor terrace was also very nice. I would open the sliding glass doors at night and sip on a glass of wine whilst enjoying a bit of fresh air. One other thing I thought was interesting. Despite being in the middle of London, The Walton was very quiet and serene. Even with windows open not much noise outside. I was pleasantly surprised. The Walton is one 3 and 1/2 levels. Lots of up and down. Candidly this keeps the weight off me, but for some, the stairs may be issue. The bedrooms were great, lots of storage. The only complaint I have (not a big deal) were the showers were not strong and until I figured out to use the "emergency" heating switch to keep the hot water flowing, I took a cold shower one morning. After I figured this out the water was plenty hot. Overall, the apartment was wonderful. Everything worked and was in good repair. Beds very comfortable. Good decor. Great location. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone."

"This beautifully decorated and quiet flat has a wonderful layout and is well equipped with all the modern amenities. Its location in Notting Hill is an easy stroll to Notting Hill Gate Underground station that puts you in reach of all London for just two pounds a day. Wonderful restaurants, pubs and shops surround the apartment, and don't miss the nearby famous Portebello market!"

"We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Middleton Mews house in December 2013. The house had been renovated immediately prior to our stay and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Staying in a mews house gave us a quintessential London experience. It was very warm and cosy too. The location is exceptional. Kensington is a very beautiful part of London and is a brilliant base for a London holiday. We were within walking distance of both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations, bus stops, museums, Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods; the list goes on. It was a five minute walk to the shopping village in Gloucester Road where we were able to buy all the groceries we needed. We received excellent service from London Perfect both prior to and during our stay. We were very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them to the most discerning travellers."

"We stayed at The Leicester with our two children the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The flat is gorgeous - beautiful new kitchen with everything we needed, incredible designer living room, luxurious bedroom, and spa bath - and a bargain compared to Notting Hill hotel rates. Everything felt very English but very modern at the same time - plenty of outlets, fast free Internet, great water pressure, and all new appliances - dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc - with beautiful period woodwork, classic Art Deco building, great windows with lots of light, etc. Views from the flat were beautiful and the Ladbroke Square Garden (keys included!) was a wonderful treat. Unmatched location - Michelin restaurants and cozy pubs all minutes walk away, incredible high end shopping on Westborne Grove and Ledbury Road - a block from Portobello Road Market with wonderful antiques and a fabulous vibe. We saw three shows (flat is two blocks from the tube - straight shot to the West End), shopped Knightsbridge and huge local Whole Foods, hosted a cocktail party and a brunch for local friends - all with ease and convenience. We plan to go back to a The Leicester for January sales and to try more restaurants, see more theatre, and walk more of Notting Hill. Can't wait."

"After having lived in London for a few years, I and my two children have returned many times to visit friends and enjoy our favorite city. Usually we stay at one of the hotels on Park Lane in Mayfair, but decided this time to try London Perfect after a recommendation from a work colleague. We were intrigued by the new listing for The Leicester and so gave it a try and will never stay anywhere else again - the location is truly perfect. The flat is beautifully furnished with high end furniture throughout and is ideal for a couple, two couples, or a family of four - far more spacious and comfortable than a hotel. My kids slept wonderfully in the sofa trundle bed (amazing design), we ate in for breakfast every morning, and spent our days exploring the local shops, Hyde Park (Winter Wonderland!) and Kensington Gardens, and Christmas shopping on a Regent Street and Covent Garden. The kids loved the open space and playgrounds in private Ladbroke Square Gardens and the war memorabilia in the local Churchill Arms pub. We braved the crowds of Portobello Road and found some great Christmas gifts - they were filming the new Paddington Bear movie while we were there! From traditional fish and chips to internationally ranked cuisine at The Ledbury, from beautiful neighborhoods and private gardens to amazing shopping, I now see why Americans flock to Notting Hill. And the flat made it perfect - a special place - comfortable, elegant, the pied a terre in fashionable Notting Hill you wish you owned."

"We very much enjoyed our week-long stay at the Walton. We were met at Heathrow by a driver from Lushi and were able to go directly to the apartment even though we arrived early. Ed went over the workings of the apartment (no matter how often I travel to the UK, I always forget that the electrical outlets have switches), dropped off wonderful treats, and gave us the low-down on where the bonfire and fireworks were going to be that evening (we caught the tail end near Battersea Park). The apartment is beautifully decorated, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to three tube stations, countless restaurants, shops, and bakeries. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We are already repeat customers so you know we will definitely look to London Perfect for accommodations when we return."

"The house was lovely, and furnished with very interesting period pieces, yet it still felt cozy. The beds were quite comfortable, and the AC worked well. SAT TV in every bedroom! Everything we needed for our stay was there, including a well stocked kitchen, with some groceries supplied for our first day, which was a nice touch. As we had young children with us, we used the laundry facilities everyday. The neighborhood is especially good, being quiet and upscale, while close to everything. Many shops, museums, and Hyde Park within walking distance. For the size of our group, the price was equal or better to staying in a hotel, but in a homely setting with more conveniences. What really made our stay great was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and their niece. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. They supplied a lot of brochures, maps, etc. in the home, as well as magazines, gave advice on transport, and brought over a bottle of wine one night to have a chat with us! : ) They even found a doctor for me as I was sick part of our stay. Thanks Bill and Kezia! Hope we get a chance to return! If you have trouble with steps, the house might not be appropriate as there are a lot. But it keeps you fit! : )"

"Excellent location, clean, near to Hyde park, shops, restaurants, Harrods. Safe area for walking around. It will be my always pick when I visit London. I will certainly recommend it to relatives and friends."

"We had a very nice time. The Walton was lovely and we really enjoyed the neighborhood and how close it was to the bike share station. The neighbors were friendly and the area was nice and quiet at night. The kitchen was perfect and we had plenty of space. There was an electrical surge when we were there that short circuited the washer while we had clothes in it. However, the people were very prompt in coming over with the cleaning crew and figuring out how to drain the washer and remove our clothes - we really appreciated this! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and we had a great time. We have also used you in Paris and loved our stay there! Another wonderful vacation and experience thanks to you! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very well-appointed home. Grandma, Mom, Dad and 3 young daughters (10, 6, 4yr) were accommodated with ease. There were quiet corners for everyone when they needed one. At the same time the main lounge provided a peaceful gathering place, and the large round dining table gave us another opportunity to socialize together. The terrace is also very inviting, and we wished we had spent more time there. The kitchen allows for gourmet level cooking-- very tempting with Harrods' Food Hall so close by! There is an amazing assortment of cookery and tableware, plus upscale appliances. A small but appreciated detail for those who like to sleep with open windows is the almost total lack of city noise at night. The atmosphere throughout the house is one of tasteful art and interesting furniture without being pretentious. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day touring London. At the same time, the location gives excellent access to everything the city has to offer. We would heartily recommend this property."

"The Walton was beautiful apartment that was decorated very nicely. It was a comfortable place and very quiet. There is , however, lots of steps. It is on 4 floors and it is a long way from the kitchen to the master bedroom. So, if stairs are an issue, one should re-consider. If stairs are no issue, the Walton is an outstanding apartment in a wonderful location. The tube station is about a 15-20 minute walk. Terrific restaurants in the area and near Harrods. I would recommend this to anyone for which stairs are not an issue. London Perfect did an excellent job of everything and responded to all requests promptly. I would strongly recommend London Perfect. Lushi transportation was excellent."

"Our family of four had a phenomenal week in London! The Walton could not have been more perfect! The apartment had ample space to suite the needs of our family. The girls enjoyed relaxing in the study/TV room after a long day. My husband and I enjoyed the lower level off the kitchen and the beautiful garden patio to relax and have a tea, coffee or cocktail .The apartment is very charming, comfortable and well appointed. The décor and artwork were appreciated. The kitchen was a dream. The owners provide everything you could imagine in a well stocked kitchen. We didn't prepare many meals, mainly breakfast and snacks. Loved the multiple French presses depending on how many cups desired. The Bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also lovely and efficient. Great lighting and fantastic showers are always appreciated. The neighborhood is beautiful. Many great restaurants, darling shops and friendly people. The tube is a quick 10-15 min walk and one could be anywhere in London within a few minutes. We are so grateful we discovered London Perfect and the Walton . Our trip couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you and look forward to a return visit"

"The Walton is the perfect residence for two couples. The kitchen is beautiful and the living room is quite comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day in front of the fireplace. The neighborhood has a number of great restaurants and pubs. We especially enjoyed the Italian market around the block as well as the local wine merchant. It is a short walk to the tube. If you are interested in afternoon tea, I would recommend The Cadogan Hotel, which is also a short walk from the Walton."

"We have just returned from a 3 week stay in the UK, Paris and Dubai and without a doubt, our London Perfect experience was the best part of the trip. The Walton was beyond our expectations and made us feel as comfortable as if we were in our own home. Ed, the manager, was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend the services of this company to those contemplating a real London lifestyle and experience. The limousine service is also excellent and well priced."
