"London 'affordable' as we can only do 5-6 hours of museum and walks each day we took breakfast and dinner in the flat making this a very affordable stay.
We shopped nightly at Marks & Spencer. Great prepared food - oven ready. Wine selection minimal but we found Fortnum and Mason on Piccadilly near the Circus. An excellent fine food emporium. Tesco on the corner is great if you need one or two items or beer.
The flat met all our needs - great shower. Well located and very quiet.
For a pub beer try the Phoenix on Ormonde Gate (aka Smith). Food looked interesting but we only had a beer.
For an alternative to Marks and Spencer try the Waitrose at King's Road and Flood Street. Large store & a large liquor & wine section. Same Quality as M&S."

"Enjoyed the apartment so much - wanted for nothing. Loved the area out back with the spring greenery coming to life and the birds singing their hearts out. Ate most nights here for dinner from Harrod's & M&S and all breakfasts. Were unable to get a reservation at Gordon Ramsay but spent two lovely evenings right across the street at Foxtrot Oscar where the food was excellent.
For seeing London, bus 170 - 2.5 blocks to the left or right - will take you to Victoria Station; so convenient! There are about three stops for Vic. station - get off at the last one after the bus turns right and pulls into a staging area and from there you'll be right next to the entrance to the underground. Coming back there are 2 or 3 stations on Buckingham Palace Rd & you get off at the Army Museum stop. We found you could get anywhere easily from Victoria Station."

"Our family of four had a phenomenal week in London! The Walton could not have been more perfect! The apartment had ample space to suite the needs of our family. The girls enjoyed relaxing in the study/TV room after a long day. My husband and I enjoyed the lower level off the kitchen and the beautiful garden patio to relax and have a tea, coffee or cocktail .The apartment is very charming, comfortable and well appointed. The décor and artwork were appreciated. The kitchen was a dream. The owners provide everything you could imagine in a well stocked kitchen. We didn't prepare many meals, mainly breakfast and snacks. Loved the multiple French presses depending on how many cups desired. The Bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also lovely and efficient. Great lighting and fantastic showers are always appreciated. The neighborhood is beautiful. Many great restaurants, darling shops and friendly people. The tube is a quick 10-15 min walk and one could be anywhere in London within a few minutes. We are so grateful we discovered London Perfect and the Walton . Our trip couldn't have been more perfect!
Thank you and look forward to a return visit"

"My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our recent stay at the Queensgate loft. Everyone at London Perfect was quick to respond to email questions, and they were incredibly accommodating of our needs when it came to our infant son. Booking Lushi to take us to and from the airport was a wonderfully convenient added bonus (seriously, book his service rather than dealing with the airport cabs or the Tube). The flat was as clean and well-kept as the pictures promised it would be, and the location could not have been better. The guide provided in the apartment recommended a number of local restaurants, and the ones we tried certainly lived up to the great reviews. I've spent a fair amount of time in London in the past, but staying in the Queensgate flat actually made me feel like a local. I wouldn't hesitate to book with London Perfect again!"

"We are returning guests having stayed previously in The Merlot in Paris. The Cornwall is wonderfully located in Kensington with easy access everywhere in London. Philippe and Madeline could not have been nicer! It was a wonderful family trip with memories that we will cherish. We look forward to our next trip!"

"We had a lovely stay here. It was clean, on a quiet street, and close to shopping and a tube station."

"My wife and I stayed at the Cornwall for a week and absolutely loved the unit. We were greeted by Phillipe upon our arrival and given a short tour and had all questions answered. The location is outstanding in that it is within easy walking distance to the subway system, Victoria and Albert Museaum, Natural History Museaum, Hyde park and multiple pubs and restaurants all within a block. The apartment is very comfortable and a perfect size for a couple. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again in the future and can recommend it w/o reservation."

"The Walton is the perfect residence for two couples. The kitchen is beautiful and the living room is quite comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day in front of the fireplace. The neighborhood has a number of great restaurants and pubs. We especially enjoyed the Italian market around the block as well as the local wine merchant. It is a short walk to the tube. If you are interested in afternoon tea, I would recommend The Cadogan Hotel, which is also a short walk from the Walton."

"I would recommend Russell as an ideal luxury apartment to stay in when in London. I found the location and the quality of the apartment perfect. This ensured that I had a fantastic stay over the 7 nights that my husband and I were in London in February 2013 and attests to the fact that I am prepared to write a review as a result! Russell is near all the prestigious sights and important landmarks in London. It is a stone's throw from The Science Museum, The National History Museum, and The Victoria & Albert Museum and Kensington Gardens, Holland Park and Hyde Park are also nearby. The flat itself is located on Marloes Road, (which is a tree-lined street that links one to Kensington High Street, with its beautiful parks)- as well as being within the eye of the exclusive settings of Knightsbridge and Chelsea also. With a choice of 2 underground subway stations within a 10 minute walk, there are also oodles of London red buses around the corner from the flat, so you can be in Harrods- Oxford Street and Bond Street or the King's Rd in minutes. The rental's appearance and amenities live up to the expectations one gets from the pictures listed on the site. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard with beautiful oak wooden floors and furniture and fixtures that have been tastefully chosen to establish a bright and light zone of high quality luxury and comfort. We found that the kitchen was very well equipped and spotless. An un-interrupted Wi-Fi connection was an added bonus that allowed me to prepare and research the many restaurants and pursuits we planned throughout our stay, as well as to keep in touch with the folks- who envied us living the London life! We found the flat was beside the very best amenities in Kensington and discovered some we didn’t even know existed. We discovered the Stratford Village area of Kensington - as we walked up to Notting Hill for the market in Portobello on the Saturday morning and found two delightful and exclusive award winning pubs on Edwards Square and Pembroke Square are also close by. We will definitely book Russell again and we are happy to recommend Russell to a friend or relative. The independence of staying in a high quality apartment like Russell was a bonus because the standard and location of the apartment is exceptional."
"We enjoyed our stay SO much, the location was great! We came up with this to tell people what you can do here.
10 reasons why I *HEART* London!
1. Many awesome things to see.
2. A place where history was made.
3. A place filled with knowledge.
4. Never ever boring always something to do.
5. Always learn new things everyday.
6. Many plays you can go to, it's seems like Broadway.
7. Harrods the shopping center of the world definitely huge!
8. You don't have to drive you can walk, that's healthy for the environment.
9. You can go for a walk because you're bored and ten you can be enjoyed by what you see.
10. You can have fun no matter what you do.
We enjoyed our stay so much like I said before. I suggest that you don't think ahead, be in the moment. Thanks London Perfect & Ed!"

"Really big apartment! Our two boys (age 16, twins) had plenty of space to spread out. Bathrooms were top notch! Loved the heated floors (especially as our first week of April was literally freezing in London)! Very comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was the best we've ever experienced...not your typical pull out sofa bed. Kitchen very nice. Location was great; 15 minute walk to Portobello Road market, 5 minute walk to tube. Tons of buses just around the corner. Grocery and major shopping mall also next to tube station (Shepherd's Bush). Super convenient! Neighborhood had very quiet family appeal. A bit of road noise in back of apartment, but that was generally diminished by 9pm. Lovely stay."

"The Wellesley is a spotless, beautifully kept apartment in a very quiet mews just around the corner from Sloane Square. It is just a few minutes' walk to catch a bus or the Tube. It is close to a lot of interesting shops as well. We found that the kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils, and a wonderful Nespresso coffee maker, but could have used a toaster and perhaps a microwave oven. Although the heritage windows had heavy blinds to cover them, the cold air got in around the front door. It was very drafty, even though we used the draft excluder under the door. Perhaps some weather stripping around it would help to keep out the winter winds. We hope to be able to stay there again sometime, when the weather is not unseasonably cold. We appreciated being picked up at the airport by a courteous London Perfect Driver, and also being greeted by Ed, who made sure we had some fresh milk and some cookies for our tea."

"We stayed at the Rockingham in Kensington and absolutely loved it.The beds had down comforters which made us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything you needed. And if you have several people you are staying with not to worry. There are three bathrooms. Another plus is that the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street. It's very charming and you won't hear any noise during the day or the night.
The Rockingham is very close to the tube so you can easily get to the theatre, Chinatown, and all the typical tourist attractions. We would recommend the Rockingham to anyone."

"The Russell flat was perfect for my family of three. The location tremendous, only a few blocks to the tube, one block to the bus, & grocery store. The apartment was clean, very quiet, plenty of hot water and perfect for our weeks visit. We enjoyed relaxing in the flat after a full day of touring the city of London. My family thought the flat was a perfect way to enjoy all the comforts of home, away from home."

"Hamiltion couldn't have been more perfect, even better than the previous apartment I rented from you years ago in Kensington. It was clean, light, nicely furnished, quiet. A great location for walking and getting everywhere, yet very quiet at night. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."
Eric M, United States
"Our visit to the Rockingham apartment was every bit as nice as the website represented. It was a perfect location to explore London with our two teenage daughters. A short walk to two tube stations that made easy connections to anywhere in the city, as well as close to grocery stores, banks cafes, restaurants, pubs and several major museums. The experience exceeded our expectations.
We loved the well-stocked, cosy apartment, especially enjoying the ability to come "home" on a snowy or rainy day and turn on the gas fireplace.
There wasn't enough time in one week to see all that a trip to London has to offer, but we especially enjoyed a trip to Warwick Castle, Stratford Upon Avon and Oxford with Premium Tours. Also a half day trip to Warner Bros. Studio Harry Potter Filming Tour was a big hit with my girls.
The house guide book has good recommendations - Waitrose supermarket, a short two or so block walk towards Gloucester Rd, is terrific - has anything you need. In the same area Boots drugstore, Post Office, bank, restaurants.
Perhaps a little closer in the other direction is South Kensington station which is perfect for heading to London city. Connecting to various underground lines and overground trains is easy. Get an Oyster card and Go!
Thank you to London Perfect and the apartment owners for providing us with this wonderful apartment and experience. We highly recommend it!"

"My husband and I stayed here over Christmas, and thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous property. It felt just like home, extremely relaxing and very comfy. I had all the mod cons I needed, including wireless internet and cable TV. The apartment is away from the main road and very quiet. It has a 24hr porter and feels a secure building. We were right by the underground and buses and in the heart of Kensington. I highly recommend this property."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cavendish flat - it was exactly as advertised - the location could not be beat - 2 blocks from the South Kensington Underground stop - incredibly convenient for all of our tourist activities - flat was nicely decorated, all the needs you could want - family enjoyed having access to the great park out front - despite the bitter cold weather -- enjoyed the neighborhood - great resstaurants close by, Waitrose just around the corner for shopping needs -- we walked to soccer match at Stamford Bridge - fantastic experience - our family loved the flat - high marks to the LP team for service (John) very cordial and responsive - and the service by Lushi and his team to and from Gatwick was flawless and most assuredly worth the costs. We have recommended LP and Cavendish to our friends - and hope to return soon!"

"I was very pleased with the accomodations and service provided by London Perfect. We stayed at the Churchill apartment. It was very clean, just as avertised on the website. The apartment was modern with updated appliances, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The apartment was a great place to call home for the week! London Perfect was very helpful all during the process. They ware quick with information and responses to questions before we arrived. They arranged for travel from and to the airport. They met us at the apartment and walked through everything - and were available and reponsive all during our stay. I would highly recommend London Perfect when planning your next trip."

"We really loved the flat, it's location was great. The surrounding areas are beautiful especially Holland Park - a must see!"

"I came to stay at this apartment last summer with my husband and two children. It proved the perfect place for us to have a well earned break. It's away from the road and extremely quiet. It also is newly refurbished, so extremely clean and tidy. It feels very luxurious and similar to a hotel. The main living space was large and provided enough space to cook, eat, watch TV and to have 'space' from each other. The apartment is right by the center of town; including Earls Court Tube and all the buses on Cromwell Road, meaning that we could easily access all that London had to offer! I'm so pleased we stayed here and not in a hotel."
