An important note: Not every property is the right fit for London Perfect and we are upfront with owners from the beginning given our experience and success. We are selective and attentive when taking on new properties because we know the locations, features and amenities our guests expect. If a property is almost there, we are happy to offer constructive ideas and affordable suggestions to get it up to London Perfect standards.

Here are a few of our tips for what makes the most successful vacation rental in London.

Location, Location, Location

The most sought-after rentals are located in Chelsea, Kensington, South Kensington, Notting Hill, Mayfair and Belgravia. While we have represented apartments throughout London, the famous rule: location, location, location...always applies. If you're considering purchasing a property as an investment, keep this in mind.

Close to Transportation

Close proximity to London Tube stations and excellent bus lines. This is an extremely important consideration as guests today regularly check Google maps to see exactly how far it is to transport options.

Neighborhood Charm

A setting near shopping, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Guests want to stay in a charming and convenient neighborhood and live like a Londoner.

It's important that your apartment or home be available for a minimum of 12 weeks per year, which may be several months at a time or single week increments. We dedicate significant time to help you prepare your property, take photos, market and advertize it, prepare instructions and ensure everything is just right before the first guests arrive.
