London Rock Tour

The economic recovery of post-war London gave birth to the Swinging Sixties and a generation of rock legends. On this tour, you’ll begin your rock and roll education by boarding a luxury coach to explore the city where The Rolling Stones, The Who and The Kinks formed part of the British Invasion that burst into the international music scene. You’ll make a stop at the iconic crossing where The Beatles shot the cover for what was arguably their best album ever, and then see the famous Abbey Road Studios where it was recorded. You’ll pass the homes of Van Morrison and guitar legend Jimi Hendrix, whose music gave voice to a generation over the waves of pirate radio stations. You’ll even discover the bars and clubs frequented by the rock star David Bowie, as he prepared to burst on stage in London at the start of his worldwide Ziggy Stardust Tour, and you’ll hear the tales of his legendary escapades in London. By tracing the trails of rock legends, you’ll essentially enjoy an awesome perspective of a city where rock and roll legends are continually born and bred.
