Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, the Coronation Festival will honor British tradition and excellence from July 11-14th, 2013 in the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Just one of the many events taking place this summer marking this special anniversary, the Coronation Festival offers visitors the very rare chance to enjoy the beautiful gardens of Buckingham Palace. There will be displays, cooking demonstrations, cafes and restaurants and displays from over 200 Royal Warrant holders. A Royal Warrant is awarded to businesses of all kinds who have supplied services or goods to the Royal Household for over five years. Stroll through the beautiful gardens while enjoying the finest British products and innovations of the last 60 years and a look ahead to the future.

The Coronation Festival kicks off today with a Royal Preview that is invitation only … for those lucky enough to get an invite! The festival is open to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am – 4.00pm.
