Beautiful flat on a lovely, quiet, tree lined street close to shops and restaurants. We were very pleased. This is the second time we have stayed in one of London Perfect's properties and we love the service and their attention to detail.

Thackeray was everything and more we had hoped for! We did a family trip to London and Thackeray was perfect set up with kids having their own space but a great common area for all of us to unwind. The location is perfect with being very accessible but just enough off the Main Street that there was minimal noise. I would absolutely book this flat again.

We love London Perfect! Our stay at the Shelley was, in a word, perfect. It's a quiet location within walking distance of so many wonderful experiences. Thanks to the LP team for all of the useful information they always provide, to Lushi for his top-notch service and our terrific greeter.

The location of the rental is fantastic! It had everything we could have wanted. The patio was a huge bonus. It was our first visit to London and it was really convenient to explore the city but also feel like you were in a neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at Middleton. It was only a few blocks from Kensington Gardens. We loved staying on a mews. It was off the main streets and felt a little more secluded. The Queens Arms next door was fantastic. There were people out at night, but you couldn’t really hear them in the apartment. Plus it was a short walk to go grab a pint. Giuillam Coffee was at the end of the mess which made a morning walk spectacular. Gloucester Station was only a few short blocks and can get pretty much anywhere in the city. Our local contact met us when we arrived and was a text message away if we needed anything at all. Vacation Perfect is a must go to when traveling in Europe now for my family and me. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

Truly a hidden gem that's a short walk to some great pubs and restaurants, parks, and stores. The interior is very nice, and the longer you're there the more you appreciate all of the unique details. Very comfortable, and it truly offers everything you need.

Our family just returned from a 9 day stay at The Walton and loved it! The location is perfect for exploring the city. The neighborhood is quiet. It is a very easy walking distance from Knightsbridge, Sloane Square, and South Kensington with all of their shops and restaurants. Jak's Cafe on Walton and Ottolenghi Chelsea were particular favorites. The flat is spacious with a great modern kitchen and beautiful artwork throughout the flat. The service from London Perfect was just that - perfect. Highly professional with outstanding communication. We truly loved our stay and look forward to returning to The Walton on our next trip to London.

We were more than comfortable in Thackeray for our 6 night stay in London. Our family of 5 (3 daughters ages 11, 9 and 7) had plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The flat was well stocked with everything we needed, and the kitchen was well appointed - we even cooked a couple of nights. The location could not be beat - just a block from Kensington Gardens and Kensington High Street. The staff was very attentive and communicated easily through WhatsApp. We will certainly use London Perfect again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Middleton. The space was very family‑friendly, comfortable, and well‑equipped, which made traveling with our young kids so much easier. The location was perfect—close to shops, parks, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. We had used the recommended car service from London Perfect for our airport transfers, and the drivers were excellent: punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. It made both our arrival and departure completely stress‑free. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in London.

This was our third stay at the Shelley. It’s a great place to come home to after a busy day or to simply stay in and relax. The kitchen is bright and modern and well outfitted with quality equipment. The bedroom and bathroom are light-filled, comfortable spaces. The main living area is open and inviting. Because the apartment is not located on a street it is wonderfully quiet. The easy access to Kensington Gardens can’t be beat if you like to walk. Our London Perfect greeter was superb as always. We’d definitely return!

Wonderful property and very attentive management. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the property. Beds were super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this location and this property management company. I wouldn't hestiate to use them again in the future.

We had a great time. The mews house was in a great location in London, with a short walk to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall (we did afternoon tea there), and only a couple doors down from a classic corner pub. Check-in was very seamless, with someone showing us how the appliances worked and a few important tips like the front door keys and thermostat. Also, it was very close to several good restaurants on Gloucester Rd. The listing was very accurate as well, and the bathtub was great after a long day walking and sightseeing.I would 100% stay here again on our next trip to London.

We had an incredible time in London thanks to this beautiful flat. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the amenities, the beautiful artwork, and cozy furnishings and decor, to the gorgeous porch and incredible neighborhood (with proximity to Kensington Gardens and a Whole Foods!), nothing could have been better.

Our family had a great stay at the Walton. So handy to Knightsbridge, great area restaurants (especially Scalini!) and also loved the very modern and updated kitchen! Having a washer dryer was also so nice. London Perfect does a comprehensive job making sure you are familiar with how everything works - makes settling in a piece of cake! Will definitely be back!

The house was exactly as pictured. We had 5 people, and there was so much space that we didn't even see each other when we were resting at home. The provided basics, such as tea, coffee, milk, and cleaning supplies, were perfect. The location is a bit out of the way for mainstream tourist stuff (allow 20-30 minutes to get to places), but it is quiet and safe and has plenty to see nearby. It is a bit pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for with this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy apartment in the heart of Kensington. The place was clean, comfortable,and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in was smooth and very welcoming. The host met us and clearly explained everything about the apartment, which made us at ease right away. The communication with the hosting team prior to and during the trip was excellent and very easy. They provided a very informative arrival document with a helpful neighborhood guide including restaurants, shops, and transportation options, which made it very easy for us. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and it was perfect for resting after a long day of walking. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure. The Gloucester tube stop and Waitrose grocery were nearby ( around a 10-minute walk). The apartment location is excellent and close to everything you need. We had a fantastic time and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

This was our third time renting through Vacation Perfect and it was excellent yet again. We were able to get checked in early which was appreciated after a night of flying. The Martin is very comfortable and well stocked which suited our traveling party of 7 very well. Each room has a bedroom and my teenager even used the second floor living room as a bedroom which worked out very well for everyone. The primary bedroom closet is amazing and there was more than enough room to unpack and feel organized while traveling. The bathrooms are generous sized and the kitchen has everything needed to make meals. The courtyard entrance is adorable and we felt at home while traveling. We could not figure out how to turn the heated floor off in one of the bathrooms so that was interesting to always have hot feet in there but it didn’t affect our overall stay. The internal elevator was very helpful for luggage. The neighborhood itself is great. Just a few block walk to the High Street Kensington underground station which allowed us to get all around the city. Close shops and supermarkets made everything very convenient. We also arranged transportation a few times with the rental company’s recommendation of Lushi Chauffeurs which was perfect for our needs. Overall we would stay here again and will continue to use Vacation Perfect.
