We had an amazing stay at this Kensington property. From start to finish, the hospitality and service from the hosts were outstanding. They helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. We needed access to the gate fob to unload our bags and to help an elderly family member in and out of the car, and the team arranged everything quickly and without any hassle. Their attentiveness really made a big difference for our family. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the station—making it very convenient to get around London. Our family of six stayed here and we were all extremely comfortable. The home is spacious, and the second living room on the upper level is incredibly cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Highly recommend this property, especially for larger families looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

We (four friends) stayed at Brompton for five nights for a pre-Christmas shopping trip. It was perfectly appointed, even decorated for the holidays. Close to good tube stops to get everywhere we needed to go and out of the London bustle. Lovely neighborhood with great shops and cafes. Only caveat is that guests need to be able to manage stairs as this is a three story flat. Will definitely book again!

I am so grateful to have discovered London Perfect. They helped make our first family trip to England truly unforgettable. I had spent months searching for an affordable hotel in London that could comfortably accommodate our family of four, and the process was incredibly discouraging. Having the knowledge of what alternate lodging accommodations were out there makes me appreciate Holland Cottage ten-fold. We felt at home the moment we walked through the door. The property is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we needed to feel relaxed and comfortable. High Street Kensington Station is only a five-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop just around the corner, making all of London easily accessible. Many of our outings were within walking distance as well—St. Mary Abbots, the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and Gardens, and the Design Museum, to name a few. Several grocery stores are also close by, which made it effortless to stay stocked up throughout our stay. After long days of exploring, it was wonderful to return to the Kensington neighborhood, where countless dining options are right at your doorstep. We especially loved the cozy pub just down the street, clearly a local favorite. And I can’t say enough about the London Perfect staff—they are absolute gems. We had a small mishap during our visit, and the team responded quickly, graciously, and with such genuine kindness that it hardly felt like a mishap at all. Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Austen in Kensington, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintened, with all the amenities one could need. The location is great, with easy access to public transport, great restaurants around and the neighborhood is lovely. Communication with the host was seamless, they were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. And the trasnportation to/from the airport with Lushi was perfect. Thank you to the London Perfect team! We had a lovely time.

I stayed in the Elliott apartment in South Kensington for 5 nights this November with my two college-aged children. It was the perfect apartment for us in a perfect location. Very close to Gloucester Road tube station which pretty much takes you anywhere in London (including directly to/from Heathrow). Great restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops, grocery stores close by. The apartment itself is on an adorable, quiet, high end street. We were very comfortable staying here. Enough room for the 3 of us, with two bathrooms being a big plus, although the twin bunk beds were a little tight for my tall children (6 feet and 5'10") - my son ended up sleeping on the living room sofa instead. The kitchen is small but well stocked. The master bed was super comfortable, with lots of closet/drawer space. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved our London adventure.

We agree with the other reviews! Fantastic location, great service and everything was clean and we had everything we needed! I think one common complaint are the windows. It gets quite cold and the windows are very old. Replacement would make it complete! Minor complaint. Also the bedding and towels could use an upgrade! They are a bit worn but again a minor minor issue. We loved the stay and plan to return!

From the initial reservation booking, informative guest portal, recommended local neighborhood restaurants, shopping, airport transportation and so much more, London Perfect was indeed the perfect company to arrange our holiday. Booking with Lushi Chauffeurs (airport transportation) was a definite plus as it was very easy to make arrangements. Upon arrival, our driver was already at the airport ready to take our luggage and whisk us away to our lovely flat. We loved the location of The Howard as it was super close to many restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods (really!), boutiques and the tube. Our local host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The flat was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved having Nespresso coffee and tea throughout our stay. Especially after a day of sightseeing and enjoying some treats we picked up at Ottolenghi's bakery!!!! I give the highest praise to the entire staff as I had some items that needed to be sent to my home after we had left and everyone was very accommodating. You can be assured that any forgotten personal item will be handled with care, consideration and excellent customer service. I can't wait to return for another London Perfect holiday.

The team at London Perfect is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time at Christie, and couldn't as for a more convenient location. Christie is on a quiet street yet close to Kensington High Street, tube stop and restaurants. We hope to visit and stay here again. Thank you

We had such a lovely 2 week stay at Holland Cottage. The property was charming, well located, spotless, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. We have rented through Paris Perfect before and had a great experience and London Perfect was no different! We look forward to returning soon.

Loved the apartment so close to everything we wanted to see this trip. Our local contact met us upon arrival and showed us everything about the apartment as well as recommended some wonderful restaurants. we were able to walk to the victoria albert museum as well as Hyde Park and of course Harrods. it was easy to catch a cab to other places we wanted to see. Again would give this apartment an A plus!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Leister flat very much. Great place, clean and well-appointed. Location is wonderful with many shops and restos nearby. The tube is a quick 5 minute walk from the flat and the neighbourhood is beautiful. I must mention that while our stay was very enjoyable, the windows in the flat need repair. On windy nights the windows rattled so, we thought someone might be breaking in. We learned not be startled after the first time but I consider London Perfect to be a premiere service (we've booked with them twice) and this should be attended to. Still, a great space and we had a great time.

We enjoyed our five night stay at Holland Cottage. While the location is very central and close to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, the flat is on a small quiet street. Everything is updated and very clean. The terrace was great for morning coffee and evening drinks with amazing views of the church steeple. Lots of local pubs and restaurants around the corner in this chic neighborhood. We look forward to returning.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and more. The bathroom was great and the bedroom was perfect! Very comfortable bed and a lot of space to store you things. I also liked that there were soap, moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner which I used during my stay and were very much appreciated. The communication with the London Perfect team was excellent. I absolutely loved staying at the Shelley. Thank you London Perfect for making my stay perfect!

Beautiful, spacious home in an extremely safe and convenient area. Whole Foods grocery and all the shops and transport are on High Kings Road just around the corner. The home is luxuriously designed with high quality furnishings and Americanized...full size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, air conditioning, separate washer and dryer, king size bed in master. This is a ground floor apt so it isn't the brightest but there is outdoor space in the back, which we didn't use due to inclement weather. Kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked breakfast every morning and had take-away as a family on their large dining table. Exactly what we wanted to do. Communication with this rental company is excellent and immediate. I had a minor issue at midnight and someone texted me back within 10 minutes. Super impressed by that. They also accommodated us with our extra requests without any issues. If you are overseas but you don't want to forfeit any of the American luxuries you are accustomed to, this is the home for you. It makes traveling with family so stress free.....

We loved staying in the Holland Cottage during our London trip. Close to everything but still on a quiet, private street. The flat is beautiful and comfortable for our family of 4. It had everything we needed while we were there. Highly recommend staying here. More affordable than a hotel in the area.

We have stayed in apartments with Paris Perfect 7 times and now with London Perfect 6 times. The last 3 times have been in Kensington Court and in fact today have reserved it for two weeks in 2026. I guess that in itself should let you know what we think of this apartment and its care by London Perfect. A single floor, spacious, well equipped and appointed in quality detail. Though it provides a very pleasant neighborhood feel and comfort its location also provides for many experiences and accesses. A 3 minute walk to Whole Foods and just a minute or two more to Mark & Spenser. A 15 minute walk to Royal Albert Hall, 18 minute walk to the V & A Museum, and a 5 minute walk to Kensington Gardens and the Kensington Palace. Around the corner on the same block as the apartment is a small but superb Italian restaurant as well as bakery shops for breakfast and a late afternoon snack. And to explore the rest of London and its Plays, museums and restaurants it only is an 8 minute walk to the Kensington High Street Tube Station. It just is a perfect apartment and location from which to explore all London has to offer and to be able to return from the explorations and walks to rest in quality comfort for the next days experiences -- as a play on words, it does facilitate a London Perfect experience.
