Amazing January Sales In London 2017

London’s famous January Sales is the perfect time to pick up some of the best shopping bargains around! The streets are filled with eager shoppers just looking to find the deal of a lifetime, and with so many great shopping destinations around, you will definitely be spoiled for choice. And, as the US dollar has hit a 31 year high against the pound, it’s easy to see why planning a trip to London has never been more enticing.

London’s winter sale season actually begins the day after Christmas Day on Boxing Day (December 26th). These sales usually run through mid-January to the end of January depending on the store. We want you to make the most of your time in the capital so make sure you check out the world-famous department stores, as well as those exclusive, designer boutiques!

Where to Shop:

London’s big-name department stores knock off as much as 70% on their sale items in the winter. Oxford Street boasts most of the major department stores, and is a one-stop shop you could say, for all those well-known and much-loved shopping brands. Check out Selfridges, Debenhams and John Lewis to enjoy huge savings on luxury goods. And don’t forget about Harrods in Knightsbridge, which you could easily dedicate an entire day to!

Bond Street has a little something for everyone—designer names, antiques, exclusive brands, and fine art. Don’t miss out on the sales on your favorite name brands, and treat yourself to a day of luxury in this elegant area. It’s also just a treat to walk around the beautiful streets and simply admire the incredible window displays and festive, twinkly lights.

The trendiest boutiques can be found on Jermyn Street and also along the King’s Road. Some of our favorites are Floris and Foster & Son on Jermyn Street, Vivienne Westwood and the Chelsea Antique Market on the King’s Road.

If you’re looking to avoid the crowds, never fear, as many of these sales can also be found online. Just be sure to make sure shipping is available in your area.

Happy shopping!
