"We loved staying at the Wellington. It was furnished beautifully and was a comfortable place to be. The neighborhood in Chelsea was pleasant and quiet and well located. The people of London Perfect made our arrival easy and were responsive when we reached out to them. We were referred to London Perfect from friends who have stayed at your properties and we had the same great experience they did."

"Cavendish was the perfect place for our family - two younger children (10 & 7) had their own beds with an en suite and we had a comfy setup. Extra door to living room meant mom and dad could relax once kids went down. Great living space - very user friendly. Tons of natural light and nice breeze through windows & patio doors. We really felt like we were "at home" on vacation.
Location is ideal being stone's throw to South Ken station and all the shops, plus we are runners so short run to Hyde Park for a lap or two.
London Perfect staff were, well, perfect! Greeter was super informative and anticipated needs well. Had a question or two during stay and emails answered really fast. Could not have asked for more.
If anything at all to point out, floors in bedroom area creak a bit, but spent most of time in bedroom sleeping and not sleep-walking! We would definitely use this apartment again!
"We had a wonderful time at the Hornton. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The apartment is in a perfect location with restaurants and stores close by. Two different train stations within walking distance. I would highly recommend both the Hornton and the neighborhood."

"We absolutely loved our time in the Leicester apartment in Notting Hill. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notting Hill Gate station and to the many wonderful shops along Portobello Road and the Notting Hill neighborhood (our favorite neighborhood). Our two teenagers slept very comfortably on the pull-out sofa in the living room. The apartment is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our 11 night stay. We have stayed in a Paris Perfect apartment as well and we hope to return to London and Paris soon and to stay in a "Perfect" apartment again."

"The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Great location -- quiet but close to restaurants, shopping and a tube station. We had plenty of room to spread out and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and served our needs for both breakfast and dinner on some nights."

"Just a quick note to thank you for a great week in London, despite what we can charitably call "changeable" weather (but that is part of the charm?). We are not especially frequent users of your services, but we are long time clients, both in London and Paris, and this visit was just as pleasurable as previous ones. No surprises with the apartment - which is a good thing - except that the light and views afforded by the massive bay window in the eating area were even better than anticipated. Also want to commend you on basic logistics - Lushi drivers, greeter and office support - everything went very smoothly.
I hope we can indeed return someday…

"Our family of five thoroughly loved the Middleton apartment. The room sizes and configuration worked perfectly for our three children. The location was exceptional. We will be back!"

"We loved this creaky flat minutes from the South Kensington tube station (literally, minutes. Less than 5. We took the tube every day.).
The flat was cozy and well furnished, tho all the floors creaked and sloped The flat is on the top floor so we never heard creaks from those below us. Comfortable beds and comfy sofas. Loved the giant map of London on the kitchen wall. Really helped us to get our bearings! Opening the door in the kitchen and the windows in the living room create a lovely cross-breeze that kept the flat nice and cool during our humid stay.
We stayed while school was in session and every morning, early (7-ish? 8-ish?) a school group rode horses on the street right past the flat. Very cool, but also noisy if you have light sleepers!
The good news: there is a washer/dryer. The bad news for us Americans: it's TINY and takes FOREVER. Because of the constant on/off rain, we did a load of wash every day. A typical load was 2 pairs of jeans and 2 tops and took about 2.5 hours.
All in all, a great little flat that was perfect for our family of 3: mom, dad, and teen-aged boy.
Can't say enough good things about LP, too. They really took care of us: helping to set up airport transfers, answering our banal questions about weather and whether our kid could eat in a pub, showing us all the ins and outs of the flat, including getting on to the WiFi network. Wonderful service!"

"Had a wonderful stay at a beautiful home. Thank you for the opportunity."

"My family enjoyed the Middleton very much. The apartment in Kensington was just right for our family. The Queen's Arms was so convenient to grab a drink and easy dinner after a long day. When I asked for take out dinners they literally let us take our dinner plates to the Middelton! Our guide Maureen Corcoran for Westminster was very knowledgeable and so friendly. A real joy. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of the Middleton."

"Everything about this rental was perfect! The location: situated on a quiet, well-maintained residential block; walking access to both the quiet of the Thames and the hustle of Kings Road; neighborhood pubs and restaurants if you feel like staying in the area and a Tesco across the street to cover any emergency! The layout of the flat is very well conceived. Extra large eat-in kitchen with full-size, modern appliances; a dining / sitting area and an elegant, yet comfortable living room for conversation or reading after a long day. The living quarters are on the ground floor level. Usually ground floor living feels dark and underground but these rooms felt spacious and bright. The bedrooms were extra large and roomy; the bathrooms were all modern and the sitting area/ office with the walk-out terrace was a real treat. The owners thought of everything ... there wasn't one thing that we needed that we weren't able to find. We even bought some honey at a local market and when we came home someone said "too bad we don't have a honey dipper" and we opened the kitchen drawer and there was a honey dipper! And, a favorite for everyone was a full-size washing machine and dryer! Thank you to London Perfect and to the owners of the flat for making the beautiful home available for our stay."

"Comfortable, modern apartment in a great location. We stayed with two kids (10&6) for a week. It was great fit for us. We enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood restaurants, walking along the Thames, and Battersea Park.
My only suggestion: please make sure that the next guests know that the light switches for the main common room are in the hall closet. We spent a long time looking for them!"

"Our family of five had the pleasure of staying in the Victoria apartment for 10 days in April 2016. Victoria is located in Kensington and is very close to shops, restaurants and the tube. But, more importantly, it is a fabulous flat that manages to combine luxury with comfort. It has too many conveniences to list, but which are documented exactingly on the London Perfect website. And, best of all, it is an inviting, warm and light filled flat well suited to just relaxing or heading out for a jaunt around London. Oh, and did I mention the well tended patio and gardens? We have also used Paris Perfect, a sister company, for a week long stay in Paris and can highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to have a "Perfect" stay. You won't be disappointed.

"The house was lovely and the location was "perfect". We had a wonderful time. We will absolutely stay with London Perfect the next time we visit the city."

"We were very happy with our stay. Positive surprises were waiting for us when we had a later arrival. Apartment was very nice, although rather small but it was enough for a family (2+2), if you have smaller children, who sleep in one bed together. As well, anyway we just had a breakfast and sleep there. It is convenient to take a bus from Fulham road, it just 3-4 min walk or alternatively 8 min walk to Earls Court station. We definitely recommend."

"The Walton is a terrific home away from home. Tastefully and artfully appointed, it made our two week stay so very comfortable! And the London Perfect staff is extremely nice. Did I mention fantastic location?! We were extremely pleased with our choice."

"The Salisbury was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. We enjoyed the beautiful sitting room, with the tall windows looking out at the square, for our morning coffee and afternoon wine. The kitchen and bathroom were fine, attractively designed and stocked with necessities. We appreciated all of the storage in the bedroom, although the very small bed took some getting used to. The apartment is very quiet, while close to many conveniences, when inside we were in our own world. The location was ideal, close to The Tube and buses for long trips, but within walking distance of many sites for those who want to spend the day on foot. Our first day we walked to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, then to Tate Britain. A full day of walking but the perfect way to really see London. We also enjoyed a walk across Albert Bridge to beautiful Battersea Park. Within a mile is Kensington High Street where we shopped at Marks and Spencer and Whole Foods. We definitely felt that the Salisbury was home for our week in London.

"Over years of renting vacation properties, we've come to learn that the website pictures are flattering to the point of distortion, invariably making the place look larger, prettier, fresher, etc. than it really is. Not so with Victoria. It is every bit as beautiful and spacious as portrayed. We loved everything about it, as well the beautiful street it's on and the surrounding neighborhood."
Chuck Z, United States
"This was the second time we rented the Gloucester. We like the location, for museums for the young (and old!) and for a selection of good, reasonably priced restaurants. The flat is very comfortable and - the major reason we went back to it- has room for extended family or guests."
The Johnson Family, Canada
"The stay was wonderful. Beautiful house, great location, everything was as stated, smooth, and helped make our stay truly easy and memorable. Your staff was very responsive while we were there as well. We spent our last night in London at a hotel – because the Victoria was not available our final night – and although the hotel was great and you all helped us arrange it – it really brought home to us how wonderful it is to stay in a home. Having a kitchen, a place to spread out, etc. are such a luxury and so wonderful. We did wish the Victoria had a TV in the down stairs living room rather than in some of the bedrooms – we are more communal TV watchers and it would have been fun to watch some local TV together – but that is so minor compared to all the many wonderful aspect of our stay.
Thank you for existing!

"This is our fourth rental with this organization and all of them have been as advertised-"Perfect"! The Cavendish is very roomy with extremely comfortable beds. The neighborhood is a great location with plenty of nearby restaurants, a tube stop a block away and in walking distance to many sights. I look forward to many more stays through London Perfect!"
