"The Austen in Kensington was a great place to stay. Located midway between Notting Hill and High Street Kensington tube stops, it was elegantly furnished, and had everything we needed. London Perfect staff were very responsive, and we'd highly recommend the flat and the agency."

"Very much enjoyed our stay at the Walton. Location was upscale, very convenient to the tube, shopping and museums. The street was safe and quiet. Flat was filled with lovey art and had all the needs for cooking. Our greeter was friendly and helpful. Some minor repairs are recommended including peeling paint on the ceilings, light bulb replacements, broken tiles and delaminating kitchen cabinets."

"The flat was lovely.....nicely decorated, comfortable, convenient location to shops and tube. Street was quiet. London Perfect responded immediately to fix a minor problem with the cooktop. Highly recommend them."

"This is our third time using London/Paris Perfect and we would definitely continue to use when possible. Walton was a nice unit with plenty of space over four floors. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble walking stairs but otherwise great. Everything inside the apartment was nice, clean and abundant. We enjoyed with mid-location between S. Kensington and Knightsbridge tube stops but others might find the 10-12 minute walk to each inconvenient. The only maintenance item you may want to look into is it is difficult to get the get out of the lock after opening the front door. London Perfect was staff was as always polite, responsive and helpful. The only mishap we had was there was still a link to the concierge service you previously offered. I used it to get football tickets and never heard back until we learned from one of the staff that it was no longer a service you offered. I believe you were trying to get all links to that service removed."

"Great apartment for the price. Very clean, great linens, everything you need is provided. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Very conveniently located, near restaurants and shops. Shower never got super hot. Can be a bit loud outside due to the pub."

"Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed staying at the Middleton. The location is unbeatable, with 3 grocery stores and a Tube stop within 5 minutes' walk, along with a number of great restaurants, pubs and attractions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was well-appointed, clean, well-stocked and we had a great experience with management being responsive to any concerns we had. We also appreciated the ease of arranging transportation with Lushi Taxis. I would give the stay 5 stars and absolutely will return. We travel to London almost every year and have been looking for a place to become regulars and I think at last, we have found it."

"The location was perfect and the living areas were nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was quite big and worked well for us. However the bed was very soft, the sheets did not fit properly and were a polyester/cotton mix so not what we expected at all!"

"This is a charming comfortable apartment that is very well located off Kensington Church Street between the Notting Hill and Kensington High Street tube stops. There are shops and restaurants all around. The only thing to be aware of is that it is on the third floor (US) and there are many steps to walk up. I recommend it."

"Location, clean, big common area ,upgraded kitchen, our greeter. Great shopping and restaurants and great grocer nearby. The tube is a few blocks away but very easy to get to. I thought we had an en-suite with a bath shower and then a second bath. Both baths are across the hall one has a bath only the other a small shower. The 3rd bedroom is small and more for small children. In the Master we could hear the underground go by and it faces the street. Overall We have rented from London Perfect and Paris Perfect. I will rent from the “perfects†again great program. Thank you!"

"The flat was perfectly situated, just a short walk to High Street Kensington and near pubs, restaurants, shopping. It is well appointed and cozy. The great room in particular is sunny and comfortable, and the kitchen is just right. The only issue for us was the bedroom. Its windows are on the terrace/entry level of the building at eye level for people standing outside. That is solved by keeping the curtains and shades drawn at all time when in the flat. One side of the bed does not allow for much room to get in and out; it's right at the radiator and the windows. However, the London Perfect staff provide the very best service and attention which more than compensates for the bit of inconvenience described. I would not hesitate to rent apartments from London Perfect including the Gordon where we stayed."

"The Danebury home was beautiful. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in Notting Hill. The home was welcoming and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, excellent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The location could not have been better. We were less than 10 minute walk from 3 different underground stations and less than 10 minutes walk from the Princess Diana Playground which could not have been better for our 6 year old! As usual, London Perfect was a pleasure to work with from booking, meeting on arrival, and departure. We will certainly use London Perfect again on our next return to London."

"The Danebury is a charming mews house - 3 floors, with a lovely rooftop, that looks out over the mews. We had a wonderful stay - its very quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for the stay. Very well situated for any sightseeing in London (close to Tube) - but mostly its so well suited for Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Portabello Market, Little Venice etc. etc. (all within easy walking distance). Really appreciated the restaurant suggestions - however, absolutely recommend the Shed restaurant most of all (very close to the house). Loved dealing with London Perfect (we have worked with Paris Perfect as well as Italy Perfect). Very helpful and easy. Thanks for everything."
