Our extended family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Conrad! We spent considerable time deciding where to make our home base for our first trip to London, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Conrad’s location was ideal—close to beautiful parks, wonderful coffee shops, bakeries, and pubs, with easy access to a grocery store on Gloucester Road, which was especially helpful with our kids’ picky appetites. The Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines all run through Gloucester Road station, just a 3–5 minute walk from the house, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We were able to reach Westminster, Covent Garden, Notting Hill, Richmond, and many other destinations with just a few stops. Despite being so close to everything we needed, Conrad is tucked away on a quiet residential street with lovely neighbors who would often stop and chat while they were out and about. The house itself is lovely. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and our local contact, was there to welcome us around noon on check-in day. Although the cleaners were still finishing up, our host greeted us warmly, gave us the keys, and allowed us to leave our luggage while the house was being prepared for the 3:00 p.m. check-in. After a long overnight flight, we really appreciated being able to drop everything off and start exploring the neighborhood. We also highly recommend London Perfect’s transportation partner, Lushi, who handled our airport transportation. His pricing was very competitive, and his van comfortably accommodated all seven of us along with our luggage. The house looked exactly as it does in the photos. Bedroom #1 on the third floor was perfect for us and our youngest child, age five, who slept on a rollaway bed. Bedroom #2 easily accommodated my in-laws, while our other two children, ages 12 and 14, each enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The third bathroom was a luxury.

An incredible experience. The home exceeded our expectations! Beds were incredibly comfortable, lovely linens, and spacious bathrooms and living space. The kitchen was well stocked and washer, dryer and AC worked perfectly. Plenty of room for a family of 4.The best location in beautiful South Kensington near delicious restaurants, shops, convenience stores, parks, museums and tube station. London Perfect was wonderful to work with and the property was top notch. We will be back!

Words can’t properly express how charming this flat is. It is extraordinarily curated, and the attention to detail in the design certainly wasn’t lost on me. It felt like our own mini palace in London for the duration of our stay, perfectly fitting our family of four. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and felt extremely safe. The lovely garden was the sweetest bonus and provided a peaceful retreat for my morning quiet time. As someone who meticulously researches before booking, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment or London Perfect for your travels. Thank you for hosting us! Our stay was truly a blessing.

We had a Great stay in the appartment, perfectly located, 5 minutes from everything including Subway station and beautiful parks (Holland Park and Hyde Park). The appartment is amazingly decorated and very calm, although right in the center.

Our family of four stayed for a week in Brompton and had a wonderful stay. The portable AC units were a life saver! The house is located in a cute and quiet cobblestone street and we loved learning of the history of the mews houses. Very handy to the tube and centrally located to get anywhere in the city! Brompton is nicely appointed and we lacked for nothing. Would definitley go back!

The Shelley was so lovely and really the perfect flat. It was clean, quiet, had a wonderful outdoor space, not to mention, close to so much. The interior design is well thought out for a compact flat, it is decorated beautifully and so comfortable. The contact who met us and familiarized us with the flat was kind and thorough. We used the referred car service for transport and they were great. And of course the "Perfect" office was helpful and always availble when needed. This is our fourth stay at a "Perfect" property (Florence X2, Rome, London) - all have been beautiful and worth every penny from start to finish!!!

We rented the "Conrad" for a family wedding and were delighted with everything the property had to offer! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot/pan, utensils, etc. and a separate washer and dryer; nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Conrad is located on a charming mews close to shopping and pubs (important feature in London!). Management was attentive and our greeter welcomed us with grace. Will surely use Perfect Rentals in the future.

We loved everything about the flat in London. The check in was easy and seamless. The flat was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Easy walking to lots of shops and restaurants. We loved everything about our stay in London and hope to come back soon!!

We so enjoyed our stay in Bronte. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The terrace overlooking the gardens was a special treat. It is an easy walk to the Earl's Court underground and to shopping. The welcome from London Perfect was great. We have booked many times with Paris Perfect, but this was our first with London Perfect. Equally great experience and we will definitely book with them again and would love to stay in Bronte again as well.

This flat was stunning! We traveled with our family of four and absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is conveniently located to a tube stop and beautiful areas that were easily walkable. The flat was more than enough room and so artfully decorated! The owner really has an amazing eye! The living area was perfect, bedrooms and mattresses, very comfortable, loved having a bath and a shower. Everything you could want in the kitchen to prepare meals. Enjoyed having air-conditioning in the bedrooms. We really had the loveliest time and would absolutely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is charming, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The location is definitely the highlight, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I especially loved the little outdoor patio, the generous storage and cupboard space, and having air conditioning, which is such a bonus in London. The apartment had everything I needed, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The hosts were also excellent: friendly, responsive, and always quick to help whenever I needed anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay again!

The location and size of the rental were excellent. Great to have a fully functional kitchen. There were some issues with air conditioning but they were resolved when we told our host very speedily.

This is our third time staying at a London Perfect property and locations and property never disappoints. The flat is within a block of Kensington Gardens and close to shops and restaurants such as Montparnasse Cafe for morning coffee, the Ivy for lunch and the Builder's Arms for the local pub. The flat is quiet with a cute terrace for evening drinks. The third bedroom is very small. Two bedrooms share the hall bathroom which has a walk in shower which is good as the primary has the prevalent step into bathtub shower combo. We had 3 adults spending 6 days. When we had an issue with one of the mobile AC units London Perfect responded and replaced it within a few hours. Great service. We look forward to our next visit.

4 adults spent 6 days in Thackeray in early July. Apartment is well equipped with a nice kitchen and small outdoor patio. Apartment is well with easy access to mass transit and grocery stores, etc. very quiet unit and the portable A/C functioned well enough. We found the mattress a bit tired but otherwise everything was great. It should be noted to shower in master bath you need to step up into tub and a bit slippery. The other 2 bedrooms share a walk in shower in hall.
