"My husband, my son and I stayed at this wonderful apartment at the end of July. It was a quiet location and very well appointed. I would highly recommend this to a couple or a family with up to two small children. Very nice neighborhood."

"We had a great time. Awesome apartment with a superior location. Quiet, residential neighborhood, but literally steps to 2 Gordon Ramsay restaurants, including the namesake one with three Michelin stars. The Five Fields, which was the number one restaurant on trip advisor while we were there, was also a 10 minute walk. Also a great little pub, The Surprise, was just around the corner, and its sister pub, the Phoenix, was five minutes away. 10 minute walk to Sloane Square (Tube station), Sloane Street, and King's Road. The apartment was also a long block away from the Thames and just across the river was Battersea park. You could take a beautiful 45 minute walk down the Thames to get to Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. Finally, right around the corner from us was the Royal Hospital where the Chelsea pensioners stay. We went to church there on Sunday; it was a beautiful service in their spectacular 17th century chapel. When we needed a cab, it was very easy to get one on Royal Hospital Road. Inside the apartment was very nice as well. Two bedrooms downstairs with very comfortable beds. Also three full bathrooms downstairs (plus the powder room upstairs) was a big plus. The kitchen, living room and dining room were very nicely appointed, although the furniture was not very comfortable to sit in. Ditto for sitting on the hide-a-bed couch downstairs in the separate TV room. I can only imagine that sleeping on the hide-a-bed is very uncomfortable. The apartment had 2 Internet routers, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The upstairs one was very spotty, but the downstairs one worked for both floors most of the time. I think the main problem was just too much competition for bandwidth from all the other apartments. Thankfully Candise is a high tech guru and she reset one of the routers, after which we had much better performance. They also had a speaker with a docking station so that you could play your music off of your iPhone. Perhaps the most glaring weakness was the absence of a drip coffee maker or a Keureg machine, odd given that they must rent to a lot of Americans. There were two Starbucks within a 10 minute walk, although the coffee isn't quite up to American standards - or maybe just my standards - (not strong enough or hot enough). Although it's hard to call me an expert after just one week, I did walk the area quite a bit, and I would definitely return to Chelsea, and that apartment in particular (assuming they buy a coffee machine before my next visit!)"

We needed a place that could not only comfortably accommodate a family with young children but that could offer a location that was convenient to all the key sights within London. Middleton was a perfect combination of both. The apartment was very conveniently situated in the heart of Kensington but more importantly it was an incredibly lovely flat. It was beautifully decorated, offered all the necessary amenities, and was incredibly well kept and clean. In addition to being so pleased with the apartment, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the car service that was waiting for us at the airport after a long flight and were so relieved/happy when the staff allowed us to check in before our scheduled time (especially since we had tired children). We would absolutely recommend London Perfect above any other option to all our friends and family. One of the best experiences I've had traveling abroad with my family. Thank you again:)"

"What a wonderful apartment! Ideally located equidistant from Sloane sq, Knightsbridge and South Ken stations so with easy access to both Heathrow and Covent garden. A 10 min walk fro Harrods, Harvey Nicholls and Peter Jones for your shopping.the apartment itself (really a 4 Storey house) was beautifully decorated with quirky works of art. Gloriously comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms (plenty of them). I loved the Walton and I would not hesitate to book it again!"

"Our family stayed at the Austen in January 2015. It was a wonderful experience! The flat is beautiful and exactly what we imagined when we envisioned a London flat. It was beautifully appointed and easily accommodated our family of 5. The location is perfect for quick access to the Tube and major attractions. The neighboorhood had so much to offer with dining, shopping and we were within walking distance to Kenningston Palace. I cannot say enough about the customer service of London Perfect. They left no detail outt!,! We had a greeter to walked us through thr apartment and when we did encounter a problem they worked to quickly resolve. If would highly recommend this company!! Thank you for taking the stress out of planning a trip to London!!"

"Leicester was really a nice surprise. The photo's does not do this apartment justice. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. What a treat to stay in the well known Notting Hill neighborhood and visit the markets. This apartment is centrally located and it's easy to get around the city from here. Again, the greeters were very professional and only a pleasure to deal with. The bed was extremely comfortable and we even used the equally comfortable sleeping couch while watching movies."

"We had the pleasure of staying in this pretty newly renovated Flat over the New Year period for 10 days. The Austin is extremely well appointed with all the luxuries from home. It is a very spacious 2 bed Flat with lots of natural light streaming in. Particularly from the living/dining room side which overlooks the prettiest private park which as a guest of the Austin you are allowed to use. So well located to transport and an easy walk to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. We didn't want to leave the Austin."

We were comfortable and cozy in this well-maintained and well-appointed flat. We were met at the airport and whisked to the apartment where Sax got us oriented. The location is ideal for shopping, groceries, access to the underground, walks in the park, museums, Royal Albert Hall, and a variety of restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Walton over Christmas 2014. Our greeter Charlotte was waiting for us when we got to the apartment after our morning arrival in London. She went over the essential information in a prompt and professional manner. We were able to check in early which was a great advantage as it allowed us to start our holiday without delay. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well appointed. The location was a short distance to the subway, myriad shops and restaurants, a fantastic bakery (that made great lattes and brioches) and the Natural History Museum where my daughters got to ice skate one evening. It was great to unwind at the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Thank you London Perfect for making our holiday so perfect."

"I had a wonderful weeklong stay at the Austen apartment in September. The apartment is well located in the Kensington and I took advantage of the location. Every day I would start my day with breakfast sitting in the dining area that overlooked the private park in the apartment complex. Then I would take a walk through Kensington Park before heading out to the city for my tourist activities. Seeing London with the Austen as my base was effortless as there are numerous bus stops and two tube stops within easy walking distance. Returning to the apartment after spending most of the day touring was always a pleasure. The apartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. I enjoy cooking and appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen so I could make many of my meals in the apartment during my stay. I spent one day just relaxing at the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. There are wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops within a short walk. Spending an entire day at the apartment and the neighborhood was a great respite from all of the other activities I did during my stay. The Austen is a gem and I would stay there again when I am in London."

"The Walton was a great location, we were getting fresh baked goods every morning from Baker and Spice up the street. The apartment was very comfortable. We were met at our agreed time and everything was explained in just a few minutes. We requested a fan and it was kindly delivered the next day. It was a great flat to rent and I would come back!"

"The apartment was clean, sunny, decorated cheerfully and in a very convenient location to the Gloucester underground. The size of the apartment was very comfortable for my wife and two adult children. Eddie greeted us and was very friendly and responsive to our requests. There was a welcoming pub nearby, and great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again as we were very happy with our experience."

"Loved the Leicester. I love the Knotting Hill area and this flat was convenient to everything. Only about a 3 minute walk to the Tube and bus stops. Portobello Road, which is always full of surprises is just 3 minutes the other way - perfect. We could walk down early or late and miss the rush. LOVED the fan as I like to have white noise for sleeping and because it was quite warm during our stay. Bed and linens were great - huge towels a real plus. The flat has great JuJu (feel) to it, though it was a bit hard to find for the taxi as the building number is not evident. Would stay there again in a heartbeat."
