"It was perfect for us. Close to Portobello, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. Also convenient for Tube Station. Flat is nicely furnished and well equipped. The welcome process was excellent. Shall be back!"

"The flat was perfectly situated, just a short walk to High Street Kensington and near pubs, restaurants, shopping. It is well appointed and cozy. The great room in particular is sunny and comfortable, and the kitchen is just right. The only issue for us was the bedroom. Its windows are on the terrace/entry level of the building at eye level for people standing outside. That is solved by keeping the curtains and shades drawn at all time when in the flat. One side of the bed does not allow for much room to get in and out; it's right at the radiator and the windows. However, the London Perfect staff provide the very best service and attention which more than compensates for the bit of inconvenience described. I would not hesitate to rent apartments from London Perfect including the Gordon where we stayed."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay, The apartment is better than pictured - it is perfect. It is spacious so we were able to place our suitcases out the way, it was so cosy and is in the most perfect location. A beautiful way to finish our European Honeymoon. We will definitely be back!"

"The Danebury home was beautiful. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in Notting Hill. The home was welcoming and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, excellent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The location could not have been better. We were less than 10 minute walk from 3 different underground stations and less than 10 minutes walk from the Princess Diana Playground which could not have been better for our 6 year old! As usual, London Perfect was a pleasure to work with from booking, meeting on arrival, and departure. We will certainly use London Perfect again on our next return to London."

"Highly recommend London Perfect. The flat was perfect!!! We loved being right in Chelsea."

"We loved our time in London and at Eldon. The location was terrific and the mews lane was very charming. Kensington is a wonderful place to stay, and the access to Gloucester Road, the tube, and the park was fantastic.
There were a few items that you may wish to address in the home:
- smell was musty and a bit unpleasant but we got used to it after a few days.
- master bedroom shower stopped up easily
- many issues connecting to Netflix
Also, we have greatly enjoyed the concierge service from Paris Perfect in the past and would have loved that for London as well - from booking tours to making restaurant reservations. There was a good bit more legwork for us for London, which was fine but we did love that service you offered Im Paris.
Most tours we booked were very nice. Only one felt a waste of money - Tuesday, November 20 with Oliver Wilson. The private half day was meant to tour us through Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard and Borough Market. Oliver was nice but offered minimal help other than escorting us part of the time. The Tower tour was really a brief introduction in a few of the buildings but otherwise self-guided; he left us for the driver to just drive across the Tower Bridge; met us at the Shard but didnt go up with us, waiting in the lobby; and then just dropped us at Borough Market without any tour of it. We spent about 600 pounds for his tour but all of us felt like it was a complete waste of money. And part of the reason we booked it was to avoid line times at the Tower - which it turns out, wouldnt have been possible anyway. Thankfully, the lines were minimal the day we went. Again, he was nice enough, but very difficult to hear and we felt his service was a waste of money. Otherwise, other tours were good.
Hope this feedback is helpful. Thanks for another perfect trip!"

We were two people and were very comfortable.
Location very convenient. I would definitely rent it again!"

"We really enjoyed getting to know Chelsea - we now prefer it to Kensington - the scale is completely different - feels more like a neighborhood.
We have discovered during this week that the buses are the way to navigate London. Prior to this we have spent so much time underground - riding a bus you can actually experience London. The buses are spotless, frequent and comfortable.
Definitely ride the #11 to Liverpool Street and return the same way for an inexpensive overview of many neighborhoods.
Chelsea has all kinds of shops and places to eat or take out food.
We enjoyed the Surprise Pub - we loved the Chelsea Physic Garden and the cafe. We had a bad experience at Gordon Ramsey's Maze Grill - very poor to inedible food - don't go, there are too many better places.
The #11 and #49 buses are great - the #49 at Sydney Street and King's Road takes you a minute to South Kensington tube station - (the Sloane Sq station is not very useful).
We explored Chelsea and found much to admire."

"Our stay in the Hamilton apartment was very pleasant. The size of the apartment is reasonable for 1 couple with generously-sized both kitchen and bathroom. Although it was late in the season for the garden, it would have been lovely to be able to use it in milder months. It is a nice touch to have a greeter and ours was very pleasant with many tips on exploring the neighbourhood. Chelsea is an excellent location with lots of shops on nearby Kings Road and Sloane Square. Wandering through the neighbourhood streets was very pleasant and interesting with several "hidden" pubs worth dining at. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hamilton."

"We hope our repeated stays at Sloane speak for themselves. We love this flat….it works so well for us…great light, comfortable furniture and perfect location for our needs. AND, when things have gone wrong, London Perfect has been so responsive and on top of our needs. SO—all great."

"The Danebury is a charming mews house - 3 floors, with a lovely rooftop, that looks out over the mews. We had a wonderful stay - its very quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for the stay. Very well situated for any sightseeing in London (close to Tube) - but mostly its so well suited for Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Portabello Market, Little Venice etc. etc. (all within easy walking distance). Really appreciated the restaurant suggestions - however, absolutely recommend the Shed restaurant most of all (very close to the house). Loved dealing with London Perfect (we have worked with Paris Perfect as well as Italy Perfect). Very helpful and easy. Thanks for everything."

"We just loved our stay at the Gordon apartment in Kensington. The location could not be beat. It was a charming walk down the lane by St. Mary Abbots Church to get to the apartment. Every day we would see locals walking their dogs or sitting outside their shops enjoying the neighborhood. Also, the location could not have been more convenient for transportation, shopping and dining.
The layout of the apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the sitting room and looking out over the lane. We walked to Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace, the V&A, Royal Albert Hall and many other local attractions.
It was a special time to be in London because it was the week preceding the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI. As such, we were able to hear the bells from the church tower close by the Gordon as they practiced for special services honoring the approaching historic day."

"The Gordon met all our needs and expectations! Easy arrival (Lushi picked us up at the airport) and meeting with our greeter (Ellen). We had room to spread out, work (remotely via electronics), relax, snack, eat meals (breakfast for us) and plan our next day. We enjoyed the location....easy walk to the tube, Hyde Park, and shops and restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to Notting Hill, 35 minute walk to the V&A. Nice residential location. Only negatives: small bedroom (but two closets) and small bathroom (by US standards). If you stay here, be sure you understand how to work the heat when your greeter shows you! Would definitely stay here again!"

"My sister and I were pleased with the apartment. The location was perfect to the tube station and for access to grocery stores and other shopping. The apartment itself was adequate for the two of us. I will use London Perfect for future stays in London."

"Our stay at the Portland, for the second time, was just great.
Pickup by Lushi was super (we arrived at Heathrow at midnight and he was right there waiting for us); the return trip to the airport was right on time, too.
I finally figured out how to use the washer/dryer and it was very helpful to do laundry. All other appliances worked well too.
We like the apartment very much. Overall our experience with London Perfect has been excellent, we have recommended your company to friends, and we may very well return to the Portland again."

"I cannot recommend London Perfect and the Gordon enough! The apartment was a perfect size and in a fantastic location. Near all the major tube and bus stops and having a Whole Foods 2 minutes away was perfect. The little lane that the apartment faces is beyond adorable and the added bonus is that no cars are driving by. The location is often remarked upon in guide books as a must see "instagrammable" spot. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only downside (although it didn't bother me) was that the bedroom is dark because it looks out onto the patio of the apartment building and for privacy purposes there are dark shades on half of the window in the bedroom. The bedroom window is also located where people come in and out of the apartment (although honestly I barely saw or heard anyone coming in and out). Again, just a note, but would definitely would not affect my decision to stay there again. In fact, I know I will be back and look forward to visiting the Gordon and London again!"

"The Eldon was perfect in all respects. A beautifully done carriage house on a quaint and quiet Mews street. In a very nice residential area, but only a 5 minute walk to Gloucester Road with its restaurants, bakeries and other commercial stores. An equally short walk to the Underground and the Victoria & Albert Museum. We have stayed for the past 7 years in Paris Perfect apartments in Paris and this was our second stay in London with London Perfect -- though Paris remains our first love, the London Perfect homes/apartments in London are superior to those in Paris. Additionally, the London Perfect Staff are remarkable and extremely responsive and helpful. They reflect and set a very high standard for customer service and support. A trip to London only can be enhanced and made more memorable by doing it through London Perfect."

"Let me start by saying that I am an extremely picky traveler and do my homework before booking any accommodations. I did good on this one! I was in Sicily, Florence, Montepulciano and ended my trip in London. I slept in 8 different places and the Victoria was hands down the best experience. Not only is the house and the neighborhood beautiful but the beds were sooo comfortable that I even reached out to London Perfect to find out where they got their bedding. Just around the corner is plenty of shopping, restaurants and the Gloucester underground station is about 3 or 4 blocks away. Most important to me is that it was really quiet at night. Best night sleep in 3 weeks!"
