"Loved the convenience of the central location. Very Pleasant and nicely appointed place, would definitely recommend it, its very efficient and cozy."

"Great experience! We were picked up at the airport and I would strongly suggest you use this service. That way your driver can time your arrival with the agent to welcome and explain how everything works in flat. It was quite comfortable and we certainly loved the location. A full ten minute walk to the Sloane Square tube, but a lovely neighborhood and very safe. It was nice to have a washing machine in the flat, but remember it is very European and not like American appliances. Wash was fine, but it took three cycles to dry our towels. A small inconvenience. It was very handy to have a Tesco right across the street. We were regulars for supplies and newspapers. I would also recommend the Gordon Ramsey restaurant across the street. There are two and we chose the casual one on the left. Fully booked on internet, but we stopped by and explained we were neighbors and of course, they found us a table. I would also recommend the restaurant next to the tube station. Same owners as our favorite, The Wolseley.
Would recommend this flat as it was all that was promised and the agency made it efficient and easy."

"The location was perfect and the living areas were nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The bathroom was quite big and worked well for us. However the bed was very soft, the sheets did not fit properly and were a polyester/cotton mix so not what we expected at all!"

"This is a charming comfortable apartment that is very well located off Kensington Church Street between the Notting Hill and Kensington High Street tube stops. There are shops and restaurants all around. The only thing to be aware of is that it is on the third floor (US) and there are many steps to walk up. I recommend it.

"Location, clean, big common area ,upgraded kitchen, our greeter. Great shopping and restaurants and great grocer nearby. The tube is a few blocks away but very easy to get to. I thought we had an en-suite with a bath shower and then a second bath. Both baths are across the hall one has a bath only the other a small shower. The 3rd bedroom is small and more for small children. In the Master we could hear the underground go by and it faces the street. Overall We have rented from London Perfect and Paris Perfect. I will rent from the “perfects†again great program. Thank you!"

"My family and I have had wonderful time in London and especially at your house. It is so nice, comfortable and stylish. Everything has been taken care with detail. From the booking to the arrival, information and care. THANK YOU. You are so professional. We will love to repeat the experience."

"It was perfect for us. Close to Portobello, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. Also convenient for Tube Station. Flat is nicely furnished and well equipped. The welcome process was excellent. Shall be back!"

"The flat was perfectly situated, just a short walk to High Street Kensington and near pubs, restaurants, shopping. It is well appointed and cozy. The great room in particular is sunny and comfortable, and the kitchen is just right. The only issue for us was the bedroom. Its windows are on the terrace/entry level of the building at eye level for people standing outside. That is solved by keeping the curtains and shades drawn at all time when in the flat. One side of the bed does not allow for much room to get in and out; it's right at the radiator and the windows. However, the London Perfect staff provide the very best service and attention which more than compensates for the bit of inconvenience described. I would not hesitate to rent apartments from London Perfect including the Gordon where we stayed."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay, The apartment is better than pictured - it is perfect. It is spacious so we were able to place our suitcases out the way, it was so cosy and is in the most perfect location. A beautiful way to finish our European Honeymoon. We will definitely be back!"

"The Danebury home was beautiful. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in Notting Hill. The home was welcoming and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, excellent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The location could not have been better. We were less than 10 minute walk from 3 different underground stations and less than 10 minutes walk from the Princess Diana Playground which could not have been better for our 6 year old! As usual, London Perfect was a pleasure to work with from booking, meeting on arrival, and departure. We will certainly use London Perfect again on our next return to London."

"Highly recommend London Perfect. The flat was perfect!!! We loved being right in Chelsea."

"We loved our time in London and at Eldon. The location was terrific and the mews lane was very charming. Kensington is a wonderful place to stay, and the access to Gloucester Road, the tube, and the park was fantastic.
There were a few items that you may wish to address in the home:
- smell was musty and a bit unpleasant but we got used to it after a few days.
- master bedroom shower stopped up easily
- many issues connecting to Netflix
Also, we have greatly enjoyed the concierge service from Paris Perfect in the past and would have loved that for London as well - from booking tours to making restaurant reservations. There was a good bit more legwork for us for London, which was fine but we did love that service you offered Im Paris.
Most tours we booked were very nice. Only one felt a waste of money - Tuesday, November 20 with Oliver Wilson. The private half day was meant to tour us through Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard and Borough Market. Oliver was nice but offered minimal help other than escorting us part of the time. The Tower tour was really a brief introduction in a few of the buildings but otherwise self-guided; he left us for the driver to just drive across the Tower Bridge; met us at the Shard but didnt go up with us, waiting in the lobby; and then just dropped us at Borough Market without any tour of it. We spent about 600 pounds for his tour but all of us felt like it was a complete waste of money. And part of the reason we booked it was to avoid line times at the Tower - which it turns out, wouldnt have been possible anyway. Thankfully, the lines were minimal the day we went. Again, he was nice enough, but very difficult to hear and we felt his service was a waste of money. Otherwise, other tours were good.
Hope this feedback is helpful. Thanks for another perfect trip!"

"We really enjoyed getting to know Chelsea - we now prefer it to Kensington - the scale is completely different - feels more like a neighborhood.
We have discovered during this week that the buses are the way to navigate London. Prior to this we have spent so much time underground - riding a bus you can actually experience London. The buses are spotless, frequent and comfortable.
Definitely ride the #11 to Liverpool Street and return the same way for an inexpensive overview of many neighborhoods.
Chelsea has all kinds of shops and places to eat or take out food.
We enjoyed the Surprise Pub - we loved the Chelsea Physic Garden and the cafe. We had a bad experience at Gordon Ramsey's Maze Grill - very poor to inedible food - don't go, there are too many better places.
The #11 and #49 buses are great - the #49 at Sydney Street and King's Road takes you a minute to South Kensington tube station - (the Sloane Sq station is not very useful).
We explored Chelsea and found much to admire."

"Our stay in the Hamilton apartment was very pleasant. The size of the apartment is reasonable for 1 couple with generously-sized both kitchen and bathroom. Although it was late in the season for the garden, it would have been lovely to be able to use it in milder months. It is a nice touch to have a greeter and ours was very pleasant with many tips on exploring the neighbourhood. Chelsea is an excellent location with lots of shops on nearby Kings Road and Sloane Square. Wandering through the neighbourhood streets was very pleasant and interesting with several "hidden" pubs worth dining at. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hamilton."

"We hope our repeated stays at Sloane speak for themselves. We love this flat….it works so well for us…great light, comfortable furniture and perfect location for our needs. AND, when things have gone wrong, London Perfect has been so responsive and on top of our needs. SO—all great."

"The Danebury is a charming mews house - 3 floors, with a lovely rooftop, that looks out over the mews. We had a wonderful stay - its very quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for the stay. Very well situated for any sightseeing in London (close to Tube) - but mostly its so well suited for Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Portabello Market, Little Venice etc. etc. (all within easy walking distance). Really appreciated the restaurant suggestions - however, absolutely recommend the Shed restaurant most of all (very close to the house). Loved dealing with London Perfect (we have worked with Paris Perfect as well as Italy Perfect). Very helpful and easy. Thanks for everything."

"We just loved our stay at the Gordon apartment in Kensington. The location could not be beat. It was a charming walk down the lane by St. Mary Abbots Church to get to the apartment. Every day we would see locals walking their dogs or sitting outside their shops enjoying the neighborhood. Also, the location could not have been more convenient for transportation, shopping and dining.
The layout of the apartment was perfect. We enjoyed the sitting room and looking out over the lane. We walked to Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace, the V&A, Royal Albert Hall and many other local attractions.
It was a special time to be in London because it was the week preceding the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI. As such, we were able to hear the bells from the church tower close by the Gordon as they practiced for special services honoring the approaching historic day."
