We absolutely loved our stay—everything was so thoughtfully prepared and easy to access, which made us feel welcome right away. The space was not only exceptionally clean, but also full of charm and character, with every detail clearly considered. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and gave us a real sense of the local atmosphere. One of the highlights for us was having access to a private outdoor terrace, which provided such a peaceful spot to relax. We also really enjoyed the lovely street view from the windows—it added so much to the overall ambiance. The sleeping area was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well throughout our stay. The bathroom was also spotless and nicely designed, with all the essentials we needed. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would be genuinely happy to return. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Pembroke for 5 nights. The apartment was spotless on arrival and the location is terrific. We took advantage of the easy access to bus routes that took us to all the places we wanted to visit. As well, we enjoyed walking around Kensington and the surrounding areas, and appreciated the proximity to grocery stores and the fabulous pub next door!. The Pembroke has a really lovely outdoor patio which we did not take advantage of - partly because we were out of the house most of the day/evening, but also because it is on the main floor and once we were in the apartment, we didn't go back downstairs. Prior to our arrival and during our stay, the London Perfect team were terrific and we would not hesitate to come back!.

The Holland Cottage was lovely, comfortable, quiet and relaxing when needed, minutes away from everything. Attentive, accessible staff, driver on time and helpful. Vacation Perfect is our new go to.

Location in South Kensington is PERFECT! Quick walk to both South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations with restaurants and other amenities right around the corner! Easy to go into Central London or out to Heathrow. Enjoyed the home-beautifully updated and clean. Grateful for portable AC units. And, yes, I say this as an American with in home AC, but having lived in Spain, I am familiar portable AC units. London Perfect was responsive and very helpful when we reached out. Overall, lovely place.

We had a wonderful stay in the Howard which is a super basement flat in a great location. It was very hot in London and we were comfortable in the cool basement with a fan in the bedroom. It was so nice to feel that one was in someone’s home instead of just a rental unit, beautifully furnished and really good quality appliances and bathroom fittings. Very quiet despite being so near to the King’s Road.

The basement flat was very comfortable and quiet. It is extremely well equipped and clean, the bed is comfy and big, with nice sheets.

We really enjoyed the Shelbourne flat -- it was a great spot for our lengthy stay (9 nights). The leafy views through the large windows to the park across the street (access included) as well as the summer sunsets from the outdoor terrace were a special treat in the hustle and bustle of London. There are a number of conveniently located supermarkets nearby in addition to the Gloucester Road tube station. To note, we were there during a heat wave (July 2025) and the "mobile" air-con actually worked surprisingly well. And of course it is so convenient to be able to launder clothes. Would definitely recommend the Shelbourne to anyone wanting to feel like a local in London!

My daughter and I stayed for five nights at Hyde Park. We had a lovely stay. London Perfect provided fans for us so even the hottest London days were comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and easy access to the tube. The French coffee press was a welcome addition for me and the shortbread was enjoyed by my daughter. We’ve rented with London Prefect before and have never been disappointed. All the details are taken care of and the staff at their office is top notch. Thank you for a very lovely stay!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home full of art in a city full or art and art history! This property was perfect for our family including grown teens aged 17 & 19; we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the serenity of The Walton, the respite from the busy crowds of summer after the day’s sights and museums, and relaxed in the wonderful outdoor space. We had a truly memorable stay!

I just had the most fabulous stay at this incredibly lovely apartment. I loved every moment I was there. The safe location with its proximity to the tube station, grocery shopping, restaurants and more made my 5-day visit to London completely enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free. The London Perfect staff was always available to answer any questions I had. The apartment was pristine and comfortable. I loved the decor, too! Upscale and cozy at the same time. I will definitely book this apartment again for any future stays in London.

Je to očarujúci apartmán. Krajší ako na fotkách. Pri check-in nás čakala fľaša vína a džúsy pre deti. Veľmi čisté izby, krásna kúpeľňa. Výborná klimatizácia. Milá a útulná terasa na posedenie. Metro je len pár minút chôdze a po ceste super miesta pre skvelé raňajky (LABAKERY). Veľmi odporúčame

It is a charming apartment. More beautiful than in the photos. A bottle of wine and juices for the kids were waiting for us at check-in. Very clean rooms, beautiful bathroom. Excellent air conditioning. Nice and cozy terrace to sit. The metro is just a few minutes’ walk and along the way there are great places for great breakfast (LABAKERY). Highly recommended.

This is an amazing flat in an amazing part of London. The apartment was well stocked. The High Street was one block away and there were lots of nice restaurants within a short walk. I would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. Such a great location in central London. A secret hideaway so close to High St Kensington, Hyde Park and so much more. Great, small apartment with wonderful kitchen. Thoroughly recommend.

Our weeklong stay at the Pembroke was excellent! From our pick up at LHR by Lushi to our personalized greeting, everything flowed well. The flat itself is perfectly located - across the way from the Scarsdale Pub that had a tasty menu, to the ability to walk the entirety of London. We utilized the kitchen facilities for coffee and breakfast and even made a few late dinners, as we picked up fresh food and drinks on our way home from Whole Foods or Bayley & Sage, which we served in the quaint garden area. The a/c was a blessing upon returning home each day - the apartment cools off quickly when you set it upon returning to the flat for a restful sleep. As well, the shower is small but powerful and the washer/dryer unit is very helpful! 3 adults stayed in the flat, two in the twin beds in the bedroom and one on the pull out sofa. It’s a perfect taste of living in a wonderful London neighborhood! Thank you London Perfect!

We were provided an overview of the property. The four flights of stairs are a lot with an older couple so the bottom floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect. There was adequate space for 6 adults. We were close to two metro stations which made getting to sites easy. It was a great 5-night stay.
