We loved this apartment. The other reviewers are accurate in their reviews. The apartment is very well laid out. Everything worked. The instructions regarding how to get there, how to open the door, etc. were clear and accurate. Very responsive host. We would book it again for sure.

The Hyde Park home is in a nice, quiet area with easy access to the Tube and bus systems. Plenty of small restaurants and a grocery store all within a few minutes walk. The unit itself was small for our travel party (2 adults and 2 teens) but we only needed space to shower and sleep. It was clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The only minor disappointment was that the outdoor patio area could not be used due to some pending repairs. The extra space was definitely missed. The staff at London Perfect was very helpful and responsive and the suggested transport vendor was wonderful. Overall, we felt very well taken care of.

Lovely, convenient, easy to live in and spacious for five adults with easy access to shopping, restaurants and the tube. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

We loved how well-located this flat was to both King's Road shopping and restaurants, and the Sloane Square tube station. We were unfamiliar with Chelsea, but without a doubt it's our new favorite neighborhood. The flat itself is cozy and comfortable, with the bedroom being exceptionally quiet. The homey decor and art was charming. Also, despite temps in the 80s, the flat stayed surprisingly cool. We had plenty of space to stow all our things. We loved the efficient layout of the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The bath was modern, with good water pressure. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely book through London Perfect again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location ideal for tube stations and plenty of eating places locally. It was well equipped for our group of 7. The beds were comfortable . Communication with the company was professional and friendly.

We spent 6 nights at the Pembroke and loved everything about it. It was perfect for my husband and me. Located on a beautiful, residential street with an adorable, bustling pub next door (though there is no noise from the pub in the apartment). The apartment is very centrally located with plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We loved it and will be back! This is the second time we've stayed in a "Perfect" apartment (the other one was in Paris) and I cannot say enough about the team. The London team was fabulous with their communication and willingness to make arrangements. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time and found the apartment quite comfortable. Our first stay in London and we packed in a lot! Buckingham Palace w/cross of the guards, Big Ben, the London Eye, Harry Potter, Kensington Palace and Gardens, and Notting Hill (I think there was more too). Our most favorite experience was seeing Mamma Mia! Highly recommend that in the theatre district. We frequented Joseph’s restaurant just a short walk not far from High Street. Thank you!

The flat was spotlessly clean and well furnished. I appreciated the quality of the sheets and towels. I definitely recommend the flat to anyone whilst staying in London for its quality/price as well as the convenience of its location. Also the local contact made the arrival seamless and welcoming. He actually ran out to buy an umbrella for me since it was raining!

A perfect stay!! Celebrating a college graduation (SMU – Go MUSTANGS!) and found this the perfect place for our family of 4 wanderers! Walked all over the city and loved our local pub at the end of the day. Church bells only added to the charm of this cottage. If you are ready for a good walk – head to the Churchill Arms for Thai food and a pint. Chakra Indian Kitchen up the road has inventive and delicious food close by. The Princess Royal on Hereford Rd (Notting Hill/Bayswater) – in our old neighborhood of 35 years ago – all good options. Mazi ($) but a great splurge for Greek, beside the awesome Hillgate Pub for an outside pint or Pimms or Aperol Spritz (or 2). Love this City. Thank you to London Perfect for giving us a beautiful home away from home.

This was my second stay at the Christie. Lushi Limos made our arrival and departure so convenient and pleasant. Thank you, Ricky! The apartment had a few decor changes and is well equipped but the front door to the building still slams loudly (not London Perfect's fault I’m sure). We always enjoy the Kensington neighborhood with all the shops, restaurants , gardens and museums, and our "local" Bailey and Sage for goodies, Cote for French and St. Mary's Abbott for church bells and a charming short cut to Kensington High Street. Lovely at the end of the day to come back to a comfortable roomy attractive apartment.

We were excited by the locations and the photos were lovely but the apartment exceeded expectations. The drawing room was elegant. The kitchen and dining area were practical and attractive. The bedrooms were large and had en-suites. The tv room had a convertible sofa. Three business colleagues were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the apartment enormously. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at the Christie apartment. It was exceptionally well located, close to bus and tube station. Loads of shopping minutes away. Whole Foods and Marks and Spencer’s were 5 minutes away. There were many restaurants virtually a stones throw away. Coordinating with Amy was a pleasure, thanks Amy. Having Lushi pick us up was perfection! We would definitely book the Christie again.

From finding and booking the property online to meeting our host at the front door was seamless. Our host gave us a tour of the fun and bright flat, and showed us how things worked right down to the TV remote! The location was perfect for our stay, close to coffee shops, the Gloucester Tube station (which will get you anywhere you want to go), convenience stores, and tons of restaurants. The flat is located on the backside of a very busy street but we heard no street noise! A pub (The Queens Arms) at the end of our cobblestone street was a treat to pop in and have a nightcap after a busy, full day, of sightseeing! On our arrival we decided to take the Tube from Heathrow to the flat. Super easy to figure out. Took about 35 minutes, and then about a four block walk from the station. The flat is located in a very vibrant neighborhood. We felt completely safe during the day and evening.

Stayed with husband, son, daughter and 11-month-old grandson. Cozy place, well-appointed kitchen. Location is wonderful if you don’t mind a lively, friendly neighborhood pub next door. It is active in the evenings, but quiet by 9. We loved the energy, convenience and good food! Near other shops, restaurants, coffee, parks and close to a Tube stop. Check in was flawless and London Perfect was quick to respond to questions. They even forwarded on a jacket I left behind to our next stop in the UK. Would happily stay there again.

Our stay at the Pembroke was Perfect. It is very well located in a peaceful neighborhood with shops, restaurants, attractions and a short work from the underground. The flat was well equipped with all you needed for a comfortable stay and the private outdoor garden area was a real treat as we had wonderful weather to enjoy the space. The bed and linens were what one would find in a high end hotel, encouraging a luxurious nights rest after a busy day. From the booking agent to the welcome associate the London Perfect team worked with us to assure that our stay and trip was a success. We look forward to a future stay at another property.

The Thackeray on a beautiful street is perfectly located for great restaurants, garden walks, transportation, pubs, grocery shops and your morning croissant on the terrace. It was a a great headquarter for our time in London.
