"We were so pleased with our Paris Perfect apartment last year that we gave London Perfect a try. Like its Paris counterpart, the Churchill had been redone with a light, airy touch and all mod cons including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The location near the Earl's Court tube stop makes navigating around London easy. We had fun exploring nearby Fulham Road's shopping and restaurants. We were happy the London Perfect delivered as well as its Paris sister!"

"The apartment was clean, sunny, decorated cheerfully and in a very convenient location to the Gloucester underground. The size of the apartment was very comfortable for my wife and two adult children. Eddie greeted us and was very friendly and responsive to our requests. There was a welcoming pub nearby, and great restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again as we were very happy with our experience."

"Loved the Leicester. I love the Knotting Hill area and this flat was convenient to everything. Only about a 3 minute walk to the Tube and bus stops. Portobello Road, which is always full of surprises is just 3 minutes the other way - perfect. We could walk down early or late and miss the rush. LOVED the fan as I like to have white noise for sleeping and because it was quite warm during our stay. Bed and linens were great - huge towels a real plus. The flat has great JuJu (feel) to it, though it was a bit hard to find for the taxi as the building number is not evident. Would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Middleton was delightful! We had a group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) and were very comfortable. Location was superb. The property was beautifully maintained. We would love to return again next year and the next and so forth. Working with LondonPerfect was indeed just that - perfect. Professional, gracious, helpful. I have already recommended your company to several friends. Additionally, The Queen's Arms pub two doors down was a courteous neighbor. We were curious as to how that would be, but quickly found Mike(manager) to be great! They keep it clean, the noise level was acceptable, and by 11 pm there was silence. Very good Sunday lunch there by the way."

"We have used London Perfect 3x and Paris Perfect 2X and we have loved all the apartments but this is our favorite. We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment with 5 people: 2 young children, 3 adults. The apartment is in the most wonderful location in Chelsea, it is well appointed, loved and cared for. It has a great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms and with the bedrooms downstairs, it was nice and quiet. You can move around the apartment easily without waking anyone, there was plenty of space. We never heard any noise from anyone in the apartment block. Everything we needed was there (it was very well stocked for us) and it had easy access for young kids and an elderly grandparent. Also Ed greeted us at the Christchurch and did a wonderful job showing us all the ins and outs of the apartment. This was the most professional meet and greet we have had. We will book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Gloucester apartment. It is roomy with all the amenities you would need. It was the perfect week with our 4 children. It is walking distance to the tube, Kensington Park and the bus line is just 2 blocks away. There is a beautiful park right across the street which makes for a lovely coffee on the balcony in the mornings :) It was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it highly!!! Especially for families :)"

"5 senior sisters...Loved it. Greeter, Ed was so patient and kind helping us old gals settle in and got us running with the internet with a mini lesson on each of our wifi devices. He was there within half an hour of being called to fix a blown breaker that disabled the washer and drier. Such a nice young man. The apartment was beautiful, functional, and in a nice neighborhood. I most definitely would stay here again."

"Incredibly convenient apartment. Bus line right out front and in between 2 underground stations that can get you anywhere in the city. Near to a large grocery store as well as fruit stands and nice local restaurants. Apartment was perfect for us. 2 boys had two single beds in one bedroom and we had a lovely queen in the other. Beds were really comfortable! plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked and laid out. Laundry was easy and very convenient and the young man who checked us in was incredibly knowlegeable (and on time!). He recommended places to us as well as a take out food app for our phones which was fantastic. you put in your postal code and then it listed all the restaurants that delivered in the area. Really helpful. The apartment was very clean and light and comfortable. It was also quiet. It's in an apartment building so you don't ever know how much of your neighbors or your neighborhood you will hear. But our apartment looked out over a partking lot which gave us a lot of light because there was not blocking building but it also did not look out onto the street. We had no issues with noise, which i really appreciated. I would highly recommend it and I would come back again to stay there."

"The apartment was tiny but well furnished, well equipped and spotless. Steps to loft looked challenging but worked out fine. We took our 11 year-old granddaughter who slept in the sleeping couch downstairs. Great neighborhood and location near Kensington Park and many restaurant choices on Gloucester Road."

"We had the most perfect stay at the Westminster! This 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom Flat is perfect for a family vacation. My son slept on the trundle bed hid neatly under the couch. The service provided by London Perfect was well, perfect. We utilized the car service recommended (Lushi) and it was on-time and ready to receive us as we made our way through customs. Upon arriving at the Flat we were warmly greeted by Ed who showed us the ins and outs of the Flat. The space was perfect. The neighborhood was perfect. We were literally only 15 minutes away from many of the popular sites in London. There are many tube stations within a 5 minute walk (St. James's and Westminster stations). I highly recommended this flat. The one down side is that there is no air conditioning. However, generally we got good air flow when opening the windows. Plan to use London Perfect again when visiting London."

"We enjoyed the Gladstone apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to move around and the 2 bathrooms were nice. It was great to have the kitchen available for breakfast or just snacks and the living area to rest in after long days of site seeing. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment is conveniently located near both bus and train stops. We found the buses especially useful. Seems you can get almost anywhere in London on a bus."

"We enjoyed our stay. I normally look to give both the positives and the negatives (constructive critiques), but in this situation, there wasn't really any downsides. The flat is a downstairs unit with a great location. A mega, upscale mall and Shepard's Bush station are about 2 blocks away. It took about 20-25 minutes to get anywhere (downtown, etc.). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was nice. There were four of us adults and it worked very well for 10 days. The TV was nice (we especially enjoyed a show called "Come Dine With Me"). A nice dining room table, sofa, etc. Bathrooms were nice and modern something we always enjoy. We didn't end up really using the sound system, heated floors or other nicknacs. If you're looking for a nicer place, with a location that is near a station, I don't think you'll regret your choice of this location. The reserving and deposit return went without incident."

"My husband and I spent two weeks at the Leicester in May. We loved the newly renovated flat and the location is fabulous. We have spent a lot of time in London and Notting Hill is definitely our preferred location. Portobello Market is around the corner - easy access, but you don't hear the associated noise. Kensington Gardens and Palace are a short walk from the flat. (We heard from locals that you may see Kate walking George or the dog in the park.) There are restaurants all over the place and they range from 2-star Michelin rated places to great local pizza joints. The Notting Hill Gate tube station is a 2 block walk and provides access to 3 tube lines. For example, we went to the theater in the West End one evening. It was 30 minutes from the time the performance ended to walk into the flat. That is remarkable for London. Can't wait to come back."

"We rented Belgravia because of it's number of bedrooms and the location. We were very pleased with both. The location is the best in London. We could walk to The Chelsea Flower Show, great neighborhood restaurants and public transportation. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The information packet from London Perfect was helpful as well as the local hostess. We highly recommend this apartment and London Perfect."

"We, a family of four (daughters age 13 and 10) found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. Four minutes to Earl's Court tube stop, well appointed, great kitchen that was easy for breakfast, good water pressure, excellent natural light, plenty of space -- really just what we wanted. Some noise from the adjacent apartments, but that is to be expected. I would definitely recommend and may one day return."

"We loved our stay at the Queensgate apartment in South Kensington. It was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. It was quiet and a short walk to Kensington Gardens and to the Tube. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We felt very comfortable in our apartment after a long day on the town sight-seeing. We would recommend this place to our friends."

"We loved staying at Gladstone while visiting our son. It was our first trip to London. THe location was very convenient to buses, the Tube, Waitrose (groceries), and Westfield mall (restaurants and shopping). It was about 10 minutes on the Tube or 15 on the bus to get to Buckingham Palace. The apartment was just as pictured on the website and very clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of closet space in both bedrooms. Our daughter was traveling with us, so we were happy to have two full bathrooms. Loved the heated floors and towel racks in the master bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat breakfast in and to cook in, in the evening as needed. We especially appreciated the washer /dryer to do a load of laundry. One comment from a US coffee drinker -there is a French press coffee pot in the kitchen! The only negative thing I can say is that the hot water depleats after two showers, but this wasn't an issue once we staggered our shower times. London perfect was wonderful to work with. Our flight was delayed, but they met our daughter and showed her the ins and outs of the apartment at checkin. They answered emails promptly when we had a question. We would definitely stay at this apartment and would work with London perfect again."

"Our time at the Russell was wonderful! I must repeat what everyone else has said: the location is perfect. It is close to several Tube stops, a grocery store and Museum Row. The neighborhood felt very safe-even at night. Although the building is on a busy street, the flat itself faces the parking lot in the back. It was very quiet! The employees of London Perfect showed us all the amenities of the flat when we arrived. It was quite helpful! We only had one issue during our stay-the wifi was not working. The staff provided us with a temporary fix and the issue was remedied within a couple of days. Wifi was definitely not a necessity but made making each day's plans/reservations and staying in touch with our family at home much easier. I would HIGHLY recommend this flat to anyone traveling to London."

"We stayed at the Middleton apartment with our two young children and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is fantastic - located right near the V&A, Museum of Natural History and Science Center and about two blocks from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. The flat is perfect for a family of four (or 6). A good size master bedroom and two bedrooms just next door with twin beds are perfect for children. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. You enter on the ground floor living space and then walk up a fairly narrow staircase to the second floor where the bedrooms are. The third floor has a tiny patio that we never used (but that did not matter at all). The Queens Mews pub a few doors down (literally a 20 second walk from the house) is great - very charming and good food. Gloucester Road and High Street Kensington stops on the Tube are about a 15 (or 20 minute with kids) walk away. There is a market within a 5 minute walk that was very convenient and had everything we needed for our visit. The apartment is modern and renovated with everything you would need. Highly recommended!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the Russell apartment. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several shopping areas and many different area attractions. Its close proximity to the tube station makes it perfect for getting anywhere! The apartment itself was well appointed and clean. We were given a personal tour of the amenities upon arrival and always received quick responses to any questions. We would highly recommend Russell for your London stay."

"Our stay at the Walton was fantastic. First we used Luishi and his car service to pick us up at Heathrow. This went very smoothly and I was especially impressed with his attention to detail on flights arrivals and changes. Arriving at Heathrow can be delayed but Luishi was on top of it. Called me immediately when we arrived and picked us up promptly. The arrival at the apartment was perfect. We were greeted by Sax and he took us thru the details. The apartment was perfect. Location in Chelsea was perfect. Right around the corner was a small pub called "The Enterprise" where we went for a night cap each evening. Very nice! Also the apartment was a 5 minute walk form Harrod's and many wonderful shops and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk from the South Kensington Tube station. Really perfect. The Walton was very nicely decorated and made us feel we were at home everyday after touring London. The kitchen is amazing. Large and we had breakfast there every morning before going out. The outdoor terrace was also very nice. I would open the sliding glass doors at night and sip on a glass of wine whilst enjoying a bit of fresh air. One other thing I thought was interesting. Despite being in the middle of London, The Walton was very quiet and serene. Even with windows open not much noise outside. I was pleasantly surprised. The Walton is one 3 and 1/2 levels. Lots of up and down. Candidly this keeps the weight off me, but for some, the stairs may be issue. The bedrooms were great, lots of storage. The only complaint I have (not a big deal) were the showers were not strong and until I figured out to use the "emergency" heating switch to keep the hot water flowing, I took a cold shower one morning. After I figured this out the water was plenty hot. Overall, the apartment was wonderful. Everything worked and was in good repair. Beds very comfortable. Good decor. Great location. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone."
