"Loved the Leicester. I love the Knotting Hill area and this flat was convenient to everything. Only about a 3 minute walk to the Tube and bus stops. Portobello Road, which is always full of surprises is just 3 minutes the other way - perfect. We could walk down early or late and miss the rush. LOVED the fan as I like to have white noise for sleeping and because it was quite warm during our stay. Bed and linens were great - huge towels a real plus. The flat has great JuJu (feel) to it, though it was a bit hard to find for the taxi as the building number is not evident. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

"Middleton was delightful! We had a group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) and were very comfortable. Location was superb. The property was beautifully maintained. We would love to return again next year and the next and so forth. Working with LondonPerfect was indeed just that - perfect. Professional, gracious, helpful. I have already recommended your company to several friends.
Additionally, The Queen's Arms pub two doors down was a courteous neighbor. We were curious as to how that would be, but quickly found Mike(manager) to be great! They keep it clean, the noise level was acceptable, and by 11 pm there was silence. Very good Sunday lunch there by the way."

"We have used London Perfect 3x and Paris Perfect 2X and we have loved all the apartments but this is our favorite.
We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment with 5 people: 2 young children, 3 adults. The apartment is in the most wonderful location in Chelsea, it is well appointed, loved and cared for. It has a great kitchen and wonderful bathrooms and with the bedrooms downstairs, it was nice and quiet. You can move around the apartment easily without waking anyone, there was plenty of space. We never heard any noise from anyone in the apartment block. Everything we needed was there (it was very well stocked for us) and it had easy access for young kids and an elderly grandparent.
Also Ed greeted us at the Christchurch and did a wonderful job showing us all the ins and outs of the apartment. This was the most professional meet and greet we have had. We will book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

"To the Perfect team, You are "Perfect"! Rockingham was a perfect base for our family to explore London. We were blessed with lovely weather, sunny warm days and clear blue skies.
We used the tube extensively. We bought travel cards from a state rail station and were able to use "2 for 1" offers at a few London attractions.
The facilities provided by Rockingham made us feel at home especially after a long day of sightseeing.
If you are here on a weekend do not miss the Borough markets. Also the Imperial War Museum was excellent.
London, you are a vibrant, exciting city.
We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Gloucester apartment.
It is roomy with all the amenities you would need. It was the perfect week with our 4 children.
It is walking distance to the tube, Kensington Park and the bus line is just 2 blocks away. There is a beautiful park right across the street which makes for a lovely coffee on the balcony in the mornings :)
It was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it highly!!! Especially for families :)"

"5 senior sisters...Loved it. Greeter, Ed was so patient and kind helping us old gals settle in and got us running with the internet with a mini lesson on each of our wifi devices. He was there within half an hour of being called to fix a blown breaker that disabled the washer and drier. Such a nice young man. The apartment was beautiful, functional, and in a nice neighborhood. I most definitely would stay here again."

"Incredibly convenient apartment. Bus line right out front and in between 2 underground stations that can get you anywhere in the city. Near to a large grocery store as well as fruit stands and nice local restaurants. Apartment was perfect for us. 2 boys had two single beds in one bedroom and we had a lovely queen in the other. Beds were really comfortable! plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked and laid out. Laundry was easy and very convenient and the young man who checked us in was incredibly knowlegeable (and on time!). He recommended places to us as well as a take out food app for our phones which was fantastic. you put in your postal code and then it listed all the restaurants that delivered in the area. Really helpful. The apartment was very clean and light and comfortable. It was also quiet. It's in an apartment building so you don't ever know how much of your neighbors or your neighborhood you will hear. But our apartment looked out over a partking lot which gave us a lot of light because there was not blocking building but it also did not look out onto the street. We had no issues with noise, which i really appreciated.
I would highly recommend it and I would come back again to stay there."

"The apartment was tiny but well furnished, well equipped and spotless. Steps to loft looked challenging but worked out fine. We took our 11 year-old granddaughter who slept in the sleeping couch downstairs. Great neighborhood and location near Kensington Park and many restaurant choices on Gloucester Road."

"We absolutely loved the location of the Apartment. It was within walking distance of the subway and to many great restaurants. We felt safe walking to/from the apartment even late at night. The apartment was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised that a cleaning lady showed up everyday during the week the straighten up the apartment and leave us a fresh set of towels.
We will definitely use London Perfect again, but next time we will chose a larger apartment. The Stanhope is fine if you are out all day and night and just need a place to sleep and shower. We found that we would have liked to stay in one or two nights or just relaxed at home and the studio was just a bit on the small side.
Everything else was just perfect and we look forward to our next international trip."

"This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location and I highly recommend it. The neighbourhood was beautiful, quiet, safe and had every amenity within walking distance. The Portland apartment provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The service we received from London Perfect made our arrival and stay hassle free, just like our stay with Paris Perfect a couple of years ago. Great company!"

"We had the most perfect stay at the Westminster! This 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom Flat is perfect for a family vacation. My son slept on the trundle bed hid neatly under the couch. The service provided by London Perfect was well, perfect. We utilized the car service recommended (Lushi) and it was on-time and ready to receive us as we made our way through customs. Upon arriving at the Flat we were warmly greeted by Ed who showed us the ins and outs of the Flat. The space was perfect. The neighborhood was perfect. We were literally only 15 minutes away from many of the popular sites in London. There are many tube stations within a 5 minute walk (St. James's and Westminster stations). I highly recommended this flat. The one down side is that there is no air conditioning. However, generally we got good air flow when opening the windows. Plan to use London Perfect again when visiting London."

"A great experience - There were 4 of us and the house worked out perfect – took the tube a few times, but for the four of us taxi's worked out better and our granddaughters could see the sites.
Natural History Museum was a hit with them, as well as Tower of London.
Rockingham is beautifully furnished and well situated. We ate dinners in most nights, as this was easier with the girls. The entire experience with London Perfect was in fact "Perfect"."
"We enjoyed the Gladstone apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to move around and the 2 bathrooms were nice. It was great to have the kitchen available for breakfast or just snacks and the living area to rest in after long days of site seeing. The apartment was clean and well maintained.
The apartment is conveniently located near both bus and train stops. We found the buses especially useful. Seems you can get almost anywhere in London on a bus.

"We enjoyed our stay. I normally look to give both the positives and the negatives (constructive critiques), but in this situation, there wasn't really any downsides.
The flat is a downstairs unit with a great location. A mega, upscale mall and Shepard's Bush station are about 2 blocks away. It took about 20-25 minutes to get anywhere (downtown, etc.).
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was nice.
There were four of us adults and it worked very well for 10 days. The TV was nice (we especially enjoyed a show called "Come Dine With Me"). A nice dining room table, sofa, etc. Bathrooms were nice and modern something we always enjoy.
We didn't end up really using the sound system, heated floors or other nicknacs.
If you're looking for a nicer place, with a location that is near a station, I don't think you'll regret your choice of this location.
The reserving and deposit return went without incident."

"The Portland was a wonderful apartment for our recent visit to London. The location is perfect! The Portland is located near buses and Underground, groceries, restaurants, and wonderful shopping on Kings Road! We also loved that our stay was in a safe residential area like Chelsea! The Portland is also so very close to many of the big tourist sites that we visited.
It was adequate space for two adults and our teenage daughter. We all especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. What a treat!
The Portland was very clean and everything worked well The kitchen is lovely. Also the London Perfect Staff was so helpful.
We had a wonderful vacation and will visit again and use London Perfect to help us with our vacation needs!"

"My husband and I spent two weeks at the Leicester in May. We loved the newly renovated flat and the location is fabulous. We have spent a lot of time in London and Notting Hill is definitely our preferred location. Portobello Market is around the corner - easy access, but you don't hear the associated noise. Kensington Gardens and Palace are a short walk from the flat. (We heard from locals that you may see Kate walking George or the dog in the park.) There are restaurants all over the place and they range from 2-star Michelin rated places to great local pizza joints. The Notting Hill Gate tube station is a 2 block walk and provides access to 3 tube lines. For example, we went to the theater in the West End one evening. It was 30 minutes from the time the performance ended to walk into the flat. That is remarkable for London. Can't wait to come back.

"This Rockingham apartment was ideal in many ways, size, location and amenities. We were able to walk to many museums, restaurants, etc. Oyster card was great – we used the tube a lot, but realized that buses allowed us to see more of the city. We stuck to the city except for a trip to Hampton Court Palace."
"Staying in this apartment was a great asset to our stay in London. For our London experience, it was home.
We hopped on the Big Red Bus and took a high tour of the city. This helped get our bearings. We did the Harry Potter tour the next day. (It is fine with your bus pass and is good for 24 hours). We were not able to do the ferry tour – next time.
Go to the sites you want to see Tower of London, The Globe. At least walk through Harrod's Store. Go to Abbey Road and capture your family like the iconic album cover.
The people are friendly and eager to share their great city. Three blocks from here has great food and spectacular museums."
"This apartment was very well fitted out, very comfortable and very quiet and in the part of London where we wanted to stay. It is only a short walk to the Kings Rd where there are many cafes and food stores. We regularly walked to Sloane Square and Knightsbridge past all the geogeous antique and decorator shops. We did a lot of walking as we were en route to a walking holiday in the French Alps. During our stay in the Hamilton we went to the theatre in the evening in the West End several times and it was very simple to catch a bus back to the apartment and wandering around the area late at night felt very safe.
Although the apsrtment is in a building on a relatively busy road it is at the back of the building and very quiet and peaceful."

"It could not have been better, charming apartment located perfectly between Kensington High Street Station and Nottinghill Gate Station. There were so many cafes and restaurants around it was very very easy. I did not want to leave. London Perfect staff are so helpful and accommodating. I loved just walking up or down the streets, picking out the houses and apartments I would like to buy if I could. We were able to visit all the museums easily even when we were short of time because of reservations elsewhere. The apartment is decorated in lovely fabrics and colors, everything was clean and fresh and bonus they have a washer and dryer. I had two grandchildren with me besides my son and his wife and the washer and dryer were a must. Thanks so much for having us back again I will rent from London Perfect again and again. So handy!"

"Lovely compact apartment on lower ground floor with little garden to the rear. Ideally located just off the Kings Road (7 mins walking) and the 22 or 19 bus gives easy access to West End, Sloane Street and The Theatre's etc. Only small criticism is you cannot open a window only french doors for ventilation. Not ideal if you want to sleep with the window open!"
