"This apartment was absolutely fantastic! The images you see online reveal the style of the apartment, but not the space. Our family of four (daughters 7, 10 yrs) had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves for the week of our stay. Chelsea has many amenities. I found the shopping to be just spectacular! There were many restaurants nearby to include one of our Parisian favorites Chez Paul where we had breakfast most mornings. An unexpected and much loved surprise was the Saturday open air market out on Kings Road just down the street from the apartment towards Sloan Square. There were many ethnic foods, delicacies, and "spirits" to be had. This apartment was a delight and we can't recommend it enough."

"We visited London over the week between Christmas and New Year. We stayed in the Cornwall flat, a wonderful spot in a great location. A greeter was there to explain things and answer questions. The flat was small but very comfortable and clean. Everything was well thought out - the decor, the kitchen, the lovely shower, the comfortable king size bed - I could go on and on!
We loved the garden and conservatory in back, it was a little cold and rainy so we did not use it, but loved looking out the door from the bedroom.
We walked everywhere, to Kensington Palace, High Street, restaurants and took the Underground straight to the theatre a couple of nights.
London Perfect are wonderful hosts, have a special way of making you feel so welcome. We have stayed with London Perfect many times and will do so again. Want to try Paris Perfect too! Thank you."

"Very good location with nearby shopping, restaurant and grocery stores. A ten minute walk to the nearest underground made travel to other areas very accessible. The apartment was a little sparse regarding furniture but extremely clean. There was a good kitchen, dining room and 2 comfortable bedrooms along with 2 and a half bathrooms. The heat worked well and the water for showering was good. All in all, a very good spot for exploring London."

"We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Middleton Mews house in December 2013. The house had been renovated immediately prior to our stay and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Staying in a mews house gave us a quintessential London experience. It was very warm and cosy too. The location is exceptional. Kensington is a very beautiful part of London and is a brilliant base for a London holiday. We were within walking distance of both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations, bus stops, museums, Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods; the list goes on. It was a five minute walk to the shopping village in Gloucester Road where we were able to buy all the groceries we needed. We received excellent service from London Perfect both prior to and during our stay. We were very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them to the most discerning travellers."

"This property is lovely. Staying in a mews house was wonderful! It is very quiet and has all the old world charm and intrigue that you hope London will provide. The property was perfect for my family and is in a great location. It provided all the comforts of home which was welcomed after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this property and working with the London Perfect team was a pleasure."

"The Portland was a perfect apartment for our recent visit to London. Conveniently located near buses and Underground, two food markets, restaurants, and a concentration of lovely shops to entice us!
It was sufficiently spacious and clean to accommodate two adults for two weeks. The right features -- especially, a full kitchen, king-sized beds, and very helpful London Perfect staff to assist with questions and issues. Having a mid-cycle housekeeping service was very welcomed!
Recommendations: A new washer/dryer, or better instructions would be helpful - who ever heard of a washer going on four 3 hours on a short wash cycle and another 3 on a dry cycle, with clothes coming out damp! A restaurant listing in the area would have been handy. A flashlight/torch, when you experience a power outage, and a night light in the bathroom. Extra bath towels always helpful (especially with erratic dryer!).
All said, thank you for making this the perfect place for us!"

"Lovely and spacious apartment with a homely feel and stunning London view. Breakfast on the balcony adds to your London experience. Very comfortable for four people."

"We stayed at The Leicester with our two children the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The flat is gorgeous - beautiful new kitchen with everything we needed, incredible designer living room, luxurious bedroom, and spa bath - and a bargain compared to Notting Hill hotel rates. Everything felt very English but very modern at the same time - plenty of outlets, fast free Internet, great water pressure, and all new appliances - dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc - with beautiful period woodwork, classic Art Deco building, great windows with lots of light, etc. Views from the flat were beautiful and the Ladbroke Square Garden (keys included!) was a wonderful treat. Unmatched location - Michelin restaurants and cozy pubs all minutes walk away, incredible high end shopping on Westborne Grove and Ledbury Road - a block from Portobello Road Market with wonderful antiques and a fabulous vibe. We saw three shows (flat is two blocks from the tube - straight shot to the West End), shopped Knightsbridge and huge local Whole Foods, hosted a cocktail party and a brunch for local friends - all with ease and convenience. We plan to go back to a The Leicester for January sales and to try more restaurants, see more theatre, and walk more of Notting Hill. Can't wait."

"After having lived in London for a few years, I and my two children have returned many times to visit friends and enjoy our favorite city. Usually we stay at one of the hotels on Park Lane in Mayfair, but decided this time to try London Perfect after a recommendation from a work colleague. We were intrigued by the new listing for The Leicester and so gave it a try and will never stay anywhere else again - the location is truly perfect. The flat is beautifully furnished with high end furniture throughout and is ideal for a couple, two couples, or a family of four - far more spacious and comfortable than a hotel. My kids slept wonderfully in the sofa trundle bed (amazing design), we ate in for breakfast every morning, and spent our days exploring the local shops, Hyde Park (Winter Wonderland!) and Kensington Gardens, and Christmas shopping on a Regent Street and Covent Garden. The kids loved the open space and playgrounds in private Ladbroke Square Gardens and the war memorabilia in the local Churchill Arms pub. We braved the crowds of Portobello Road and found some great Christmas gifts - they were filming the new Paddington Bear movie while we were there! From traditional fish and chips to internationally ranked cuisine at The Ledbury, from beautiful neighborhoods and private gardens to amazing shopping, I now see why Americans flock to Notting Hill. And the flat made it perfect - a special place - comfortable, elegant, the pied a terre in fashionable Notting Hill you wish you owned."

"Thank you to the London Perfect team and my greeter, Ed, for providing us with such a great apartment in an ideal location. The Hamilton was very clean and modern and was perfect for myself and my husband. We loved the comfy bed and I especially appreciated the hairdryer and washing machine that allowed me to pack less and shop more! We stayed during winter so didn't get to use the large outdoor garden but it would be fabulous to sit out there in summer with a Pimms!
The Hamilton is located in one of the most wealthy suburbs in London. I loved walking the streets and looking at the beautiful terraced houses with their gorgeous Christmas decorations and window boxes. My husband enjoyed counting the Ferraris and saw three in one street! We also watched several Rolls Royce's delivering diners to Gordon Ramsay's restaurant just down the road. We were unable to get a booking but did eat at his Foxtrot Oscar restaurant (a minutes walk from the Hamilton) and the food and service were fantastic.
The Sloane Square tube station is an easy walk but we found the local buses more fun and convenient. The 170 down the road took us to Wicked at the Apollo (Victoria) and the buses on Lower Sloane Street took us to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Definitely recommend downloading a bus route before you go so you can plan where to get on and off!
Thanks again London Perfect, we had a great stay and have already recommended you to several friends."
"Though London was cold, Cornwall was very warm and felt like home! The apartment is tastefully presented and the welcome basket was perfect! The apartment was a short walk from public transport, but Lushi was available for our needs. Our stay was short but enjoyable and we will happily come back in the summer to experience the rest of the locale. Thank you London Perfect!"
"My wife, adult daughter and I enjoyed a delightful Thanksgiving week holiday in this well appointed, comfortable flat. South Kensington location is strategically situated for almost any destination and the neighborhood is filled with gems. Onslowe Square is a posh address and drew approving comments from my English colleagues. We shall return."

"I am so grateful we found this wonderful apartment for our stay! It was very clean and well appointed, everything worked perfectly, very spacious for our family of 4 and the location was unbeatable in terms of convenience. We were very close to the Underground, Harrods, lots of restaurants and cafes, great shopping including Harrods, Hyde Park, etc. We LOVED it! I would recommend this apt. for anyone but especially for families of 4 who might be traveling with children, as we were."

"The Russell apartment was perfect! Centrally located, it is within a very short walk to several tube stops...we used the alley across the road to short cut to Earl's Court (took us 5 minutes!). Grocery stores abound! Sainsbury is literally a block away. Tescos (better selection) is a 10 minute walk and Whole Foods (yes Americans...a Whole Foods store!) is about a 15 minute walk to Kensington High Street. Our visit was over Thanksgiving and we were able to host 10 people in the flat very comfortably...enough chairs, plates, glasses provided in the flat. Sufficient cookware. I was able to cook a real turkey with all the trimmings and sides! The oven is a European one so everything takes longer (I'm spoiled with 2 large ovens at home). The washer dryer works well, albeit loads are very small and the machines normal cycles are quite long (compared to USA). Never-the-less, it works perfectly! Beds are very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We would rent again this flat in a nano second! Highly recommend!"

"My daughter and I had a wonderful week at the Queensgate Loft. The apartment, though small, was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was provided and in excellent condition. After very long days the comfortable bed was indeed appreciated! We loved the neighborhood which had easy access to the Tube but was away from all the congestion. We were given great eating suggestions and used the services of Lushi to take us back and forth to the airport. Great service! My only concern of the apartment would be the heating system. We were very warm upstairs in the loft but thankfully there was a fan. We had turned the radiator almost off and still it was warm upstairs. I am not sure how that would work in the summer. All in all it was a great week and we would certainly stay in the same apartment again. The proximity to the museums was also very nice as we could just pop in whenever."

"We very much enjoyed our week-long stay at the Walton. We were met at Heathrow by a driver from Lushi and were able to go directly to the apartment even though we arrived early. Ed went over the workings of the apartment (no matter how often I travel to the UK, I always forget that the electrical outlets have switches), dropped off wonderful treats, and gave us the low-down on where the bonfire and fireworks were going to be that evening (we caught the tail end near Battersea Park).
The apartment is beautifully decorated, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to three tube stations, countless restaurants, shops, and bakeries. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We are already repeat customers so you know we will definitely look to London Perfect for accommodations when we return."

"The flat was everything we expected and more. Having Ed here to greet us after delays on the Eurostar and the craziness of St Pancras was a huge relief. Thanks Ed!
The flat is very nicely organized and well stocked. We very much appreciated the welcome basked and used up nearly everything in it!
Having a washer/dryer was lovely - just warn everyone that it takes forever!
We have, and will continue to, recommend London Perfect - and we're pleased to see that you're branching out to Italy!

"You could not find a better location in London than that of the Pelham - right off King's and Fulham Roads - nor a more well-outfitted neighborhood for all your vacationing needs. The flat is new, spacious and modern, very clean and very uncomplicated. Staying there was pretty
The only (slight) suggestion I have to make to management is to outfit the kitchen a little more thoroughly - a coffeemaker/drip pot would have been nice, and we could have used additional standard kitchen utensils. And definitely a wine opener. Oh yeah, finally, some additional standard guide books for London.
We would pick this flat again for sure."

"My wife and I stayed at the Stanhope Apartment for one week in September 2013. This apartment is on the lower ground floor of a very pleasant street in Kensington. It is very compact but comfortable and quite adequate for a couple. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay in bustling London. It is a short walk to the Tube Station and the Waitrose Store next to the Tube Station has everything you need. As an older couple, we did find the walk from the tube to the apartment a little tiring after a long day in London, but that's London.
When we first arrived at the nearby tube station our greeter John very obligingly came and met us and escorted us to the apartment. John was very helpful in many ways and was eager to help with any questions we had.
Our stay in the apartment was very enjoyable and comfortable and made our stay in London very pleasant. We found that the provision of consumables we could use in the apartment more generous than what was provided in a Paris Perfect apartment we stayed in two years prior.
I have a couple of minor concerns which I believe should be addressed. The hot water system is very, very hot and one should be careful showering. Both my wife and I scolded ourselves a little from the shower. Another small inconvenience was a leak that occurred in the radiator near the kitchen which soaked the carpet. We had to lay towels down to soak the water up and then felt it necessary to wash and dry the towels to avoid smelling damp towels being left in the apartment. Also, on two or three nights the people in the apartments adjoining our apartment were a little noisy around 4am in the morning which was disturbing to our nights sleep.
Overall, however, I would rate this apartment as an excellent stay in London and would recommend it to older couples. We would both love to return again one day should we get the opportunity."

"Quiet is the only way we can describe this flat. We lived in London for a few years and try to visit as often as possible. This was the most quiet haven we have stayed in.
Enjoyed the following restaurants which are close: The Surprise, Foxtrot Oscar, and The Phoenix.
Great bus stop - 170 to Victoria. Used the bus almost as much as the tube.
Ed and John were very responsive. Ed greeted us and we needed John's expertise the next day.
The flat has your basic needs. Some things to get used to, but no complaints.
