"This was a wonderful apartment, very roomy. We loved the location, 5 short blocks from Sloane Square tube stop. We stayed with our two grandsons, ages 11 and 13. There were two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was spotless. Company was very easy to deal with, and very responsive to the two small problems we had - mostly due to our ignorance.
We arrived at 11:00 pm, and they had a driver pick us up, and make a quick stop at the market, so we'd have breakfast the next morning. Their agent came over on Sunday morning to go over how things worked. Amazingly we had 6 days of 85 degree and sunny weather."

"We stayed for 11 nights in this apartment and it worked out perfectly. The apartment looked just like the pictures - very spacious and clean. I admit that after looking at Google street view, I was a little concerned, as the street looks a little shabby and the apt backs up to a very busy road. But the street turned out to be very quiet and safe, and the apartment is very well insulated so no worries about the street noise (or any other noise for that matter). I especially appreciated the closet space, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, heated bathroom and kitchen floors, air-conditioning, proximity to buses and tube, and inviting oasis at the end of busy sight-seeing days! My only suggestion to London Perfect would be to include a day or two of maid service!"

"Hamilton was the best apartment we’ve rented in London – spotless and well designed. The location could hardly be improved on. Our greeter explained the fixtures and the other workings in great detail so we never felt lost in a new place. Having the Sloane Square station close by made traveling – in the city and on day trips to Cantebury, Oxford, Cambridge and so forth – a piece of cake. Thanks London Perfect!"

"This apartment is absolutely beautiful. The area cannot be any better, shops, restaurants and the tube are all just a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay so much we just booked it for two weeks in 2014!"

"A delightful mews house and very well appointed. A real haven of peace. So quiet you would never know you were in central London and yet you have the delights of Chelsea less than 5 minutes away.
Michelle Crossland, United Kingdom
"The Pelham apartment is AWESOME! It looks exactly how it does in the pictures. It was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. There are a lot of restaurants around and lots of shopping. Transportation is not a problem. We walked to the Natural History Museum and the tube without a problem. The buses are within a 5 minute walk. Also, when we needed a taxi, we just walked outside to the main road and had one within 10 seconds! It is very easy to get around! In addition, there is a small grocery store literally within a 2 min walk from the flat. The flat has everything you could possibly want, including air conditioning! It was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Thank you London Perfect for such a wonderful and memorable experience. These are memories we will have for a lifetime and we can't thank you enough for making the process so easy, for having impeccable follow-up and for being such a stand up, class-act company. We will definitely be coming back and have already referred you to several people we know who are coming to London and Paris. Thank you for everything! We wouldn't change a thing!"

"The apartment was perfect for our needs - great location, very clean and well appointed. We had a minor air conditioning problem that was solved within hours. No hesitation in strongly recommending this apartment."

"The house was lovely, and furnished with very interesting period pieces, yet it still felt cozy. The beds were quite comfortable, and the AC worked well. SAT TV in every bedroom! Everything we needed for our stay was there, including a well stocked kitchen, with some groceries supplied for our first day, which was a nice touch. As we had young children with us, we used the laundry facilities everyday. The neighborhood is especially good, being quiet and upscale, while close to everything. Many shops, museums, and Hyde Park within walking distance. For the size of our group, the price was equal or better to staying in a hotel, but in a homely setting with more conveniences. What really made our stay great was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and their niece. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. They supplied a lot of brochures, maps, etc. in the home, as well as magazines, gave advice on transport, and brought over a bottle of wine one night to have a chat with us! : ) They even found a doctor for me as I was sick part of our stay. Thanks Bill and Kezia! Hope we get a chance to return!
If you have trouble with steps, the house might not be appropriate as there are a lot. But it keeps you fit! : )"
"We just returned from a wonderful family vacation with our 2 sons and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lennox. The flat was clean and the location was great. Our only complaint was that the Marks and Spencer truck arrived at 6am every morning and unloaded right under one of the bedroom windows for almost 2 hours. Otherwise everything was great and ran very smoothly. Thank you to Lisa and her staff for their prompt emails and attention. We would definitely use London Perfect again for our next vacation."

"The Hamilton is such a lovely place to stay when visiting London. Having the Tesco Express market right across the street was so convenient and it was so helpful to be able to take the 170 bus right down the street to Victoria station.
Indeed, Chelsea is a terrific neighborhood. It was such a pleasure! Thanks so much!"

"An absolute gem of a find. As a family, we have stayed at a wide variety of flats and hotels in South Kensington and Kensington as well as Chelsea, Maida Vale and Hyde Park both as a family and (for my husband and I) as professionals here on business. We all agreed that this had been one of our very best experiences with a shout let and that we are sorry to leave!
What has struck me from the initial response to the availability enquiry right to the end of our stay is the ease with which our enquiries were answered, the non-intrusive but knowledgeable interaction and the little touches in our well-stocked mews house – ample linen supplies, basic groceries (including shortbread and wine) laundry and dishwasher cleaning tablets that were, I assume, part and parcel of the London Perfect experience.
They "get it" and they get it right, at London Perfect!
The location has been perfect: being in the middle in terms of transport, accessibility to museums, restaurants and shopping and parks: plenty to feed the weary soul on a two-week holiday. Quiet setting perfect for family bonding in our last weeks' together before our eldest begins boarding school in the UK but a short walk or bus ride everywhere to shop for wellies and tuck box items for her to take with her!
For tea, take the bus (70, 74 just outside Eden Plaza at 68 – 69 Queens Gate) to the Milestone Hotel in Kensington. Partridges is a lovely little delicatessen on 17 – 19 Gloucester Road, that stocks gorgeous foods and great British fare. Jules Rotisserie on Bute Street will deliver fresh hot French rotisserie chicken and accompaniments and Gourmet Oriental does great Thai and Chinese food.
There hasn't been enough time to wallow in the welcoming cosiness of this lovely little mews house. Three showers in a 2 bedroom apartment is unusual in London and a wonderful additional perk at Rockingham.
It exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend it enough. We wish it was available for the rest of our stay in the UK and will book ahead next year!
Thank you London Perfect team. We look forward to our next stay!"

"Rockingham was the perfect place to stay for our family of four, we will never stay in a hotel again after this. Our greeter, John, was very helpful in getting us oriented, and then we were off to explore London. The location was amazing: easy access to the Tube, restaurants, museums, etc. for sure, but just as important to me was the convenient access to the mundane things like a grocery store, post office, pharmacy. The apartment was nicely appointed and the kitchen was very functional. Thank you, London Perfect!"

"We enjoyed our stay in London; the apartment is in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was homey. It is what I expected for the cost of the apartment."
"Excellent location, clean, near to Hyde park, shops, restaurants, Harrods. Safe area for walking around. It will be my always pick when I visit London. I will certainly recommend it to relatives and friends."
"This flat was FABULOUS! We were a family of five, including three teenagers, and the neighborhood and floor plan were just perfect. The neighborhood felt very real (not touristy at all, which we loved) and safe. Such an easy walk to shopping, pubs/cafes and the underground. Not a single negative, HIGHLY recommend, and we are very picky Americans!!!"
Teresa Sanchez, United States
"Great apartment and wonderful location. Within a day, felt like a local. Make sure to get a key for the beautiful garden across the street. Relaxing place for a respire after a day of play. The only problem was the location and neighborhood are so great, you'll find it difficult to leave and see the other sites in London!"

"We'd never used VRBO or London Perfect before, so we asked a lot of questions. I can easily and honestly say that the folks at London Perfect are simply some of the kindest and most professional people with whom I've ever had the need to work. From the first email (and many afterward) they answered our questions, sent very clear instructions, and assisted us with additional questions related to our visit (tours, drivers, places to go). Lisa and her team (Wynne, Lushi, and others) were always prompt, helpful and so very courteous. We had a wonderful time in England and had a very memorable vacation with our 14 and 19 year old kids.
The apartment itself was exactly as it appeared in the web page. No surprises. It's a comfortable two bed/2 bath flat and was perfect for what we needed. It was 5 minutes from the Knightsbridge Tube ( a main line) so Tubing to any location was easy. We two blocks from Harrods and felt like we were in the center of everything. Simply a very nice, clean, comfortable, and accessible location.
We're from Texas and like our A/C, which was probably our only adjustment necessary, but after the first day of 80's the breeze and cool air began and we were fine. With the open windows there was the adjustment of outside noise of the street (restaurant at night and grocery store in morning), but we were fine and had no problem adjusting with the noise machine on our phone. Honestly, the light street noise at night was soothing and part of the experience.
We won't hesitate to use London Perfect again... It's just like its' name says...Perfect.
Thank you to the whole team for taking such great care of us. We Texans are proud of our Southern Hospitality and "Y'all" made us proud of our British Cousins.

"Just completed a lovely 8 night stay at the Hamilton.
Here are a few hints to help you enjoy London:
1) Walk south towards the Thames. Cross over Albert Bridge and Voila, you’re at Battersea Park! Enjoy a nice stroll – I enjoyed watching cricket games on a sunny Sunday afternoon
2) No 170 bus is your main route to Victoria. The Clock Tower, House of Parliament and Westminster Abbey are a short walk from Victoria Station.
3) Wicked is a must-see. I’ve seen it 2x in London – both productions were spectacular.
4) Buy a transport (or Oyster card). Makes getting around easy.
5) Get lost – seriously! I discovered some amazing neighborhoods around London by simply taking a wrong bus/train
Enjoy this lovely flat and your stay in London.
p.s. Thank you London Perfect for making my extended stay enjoyable.

"The Portland is in a beautiful quiet area of Chelsea. It is a bit of a walk to the tube so we mostly used the bus which was easy, convenient and much more pleasurable than the tube - especially with the heat wave. King's Road has everything you need with many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. I recommend going to Oscar Foxtrot for lunch or dinner. Bluebird Cafe on King's Road is also highly recommended.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the patio was well used for afternoon drinks. The only slightly negative thing about the apartment was the showerhead. Otherwise, everything else was clean and updated.
Ed was a pleasure to deal with and London Perfect was, as always, organized with immediate feedback from any questions and the flats are always clean and of good quality.
I will definitely be using London Perfect again.

"Great spot! We stayed at the Gladstone with our teenage boys (15 & 13) for 12 days while touring London.
The set up of the Gladstone was perfect because we could close off the bedrooms while the boys got some extra sleep and my husband and I had coffee and started to plan the day's activities. We ate breakfast in everyday because there was a market close to the Shepard's Bush tube station where we picked up food for the next morning as we came "home" at night. From the market, it is a 5 - 10 minute walk back. A couple of nights we decided to eat dinner in too - an excellent option for some down-time.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of space for getting ready with some privacy. We were well-rested and ready to start the day.
Highly recommend you stay at the Gladstone if you want to tour London with good access to the tube, but in a neighborhood setting."

"The house was nice and cozy. Contains all the needs for your stay. Near to all markets and restaurants."
