"We enjoyed our stay (Oct/Nov) in the Gladstone apartment! We found the apartment to be clean and as pictured in the photos online. Two full bathrooms with excellent showers! The location is great-easy walking distance to the tube station, grocery, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The team from London Perfect was quick to respond throughout the process and we did appreciate the extra information provided by them for things to see and do in and around London. Thank you!"

"Location: could not be much better. Close to the Tube and bus lines. Close to grocery store, pastry shops, and good restaurants. Close to museums like the V&A, Natural History, and Science. Glad we had no car as parking would have been a problem. Apartment and its equipment: Kitchen had everything we needed and even a few spices. Bathroom was generally adequate except for the British refusal to permit hair dryers in there. The shower setup has leak potential so one needs to be careful. The bed size is fine for Americans but the buttons protruding from the mattress were an uncomfortable problem. It might get hot and stuffy in the Summer but it was fine when we were there as we used the floor fan. Apartment management: Excellent. The intro was efficient, the pre-arrival info was helpful, and the management staff while young, were very friendly and effective. They even helped get tickets for a musical sorted out for us. Bottom line: We thought it was a good choice and would stay there again if they resolve the mattress button issue."

"The Westminster is an absolutely fabulous place. So close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. The apartment is tastefully decorated and every item you could need is available in the kitchen. I think it might be crowded for 4 adults but functional. This was my first apartment rental and I am hooked. I plan to return to London in May 2015 and will stay at this apartment again - if it is available. You certainly cannot find anything better."

"I had a wonderful weeklong stay at the Austen apartment in September. The apartment is well located in the Kensington and I took advantage of the location. Every day I would start my day with breakfast sitting in the dining area that overlooked the private park in the apartment complex. Then I would take a walk through Kensington Park before heading out to the city for my tourist activities. Seeing London with the Austen as my base was effortless as there are numerous bus stops and two tube stops within easy walking distance. Returning to the apartment after spending most of the day touring was always a pleasure. The apartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. I enjoy cooking and appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen so I could make many of my meals in the apartment during my stay. I spent one day just relaxing at the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. There are wonderful restaurants, bakeries and shops within a short walk. Spending an entire day at the apartment and the neighborhood was a great respite from all of the other activities I did during my stay. The Austen is a gem and I would stay there again when I am in London."

"Charming apartment, quiet and equipped with all necessities. It was a great location especially enjoyed our walks at Holland PK. Just a note, a functional clothes iron and as well as a grocery cart trolley would have been nice. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay."

"Had a fantastic time in London and loved this apartment. It is so centrally located and very comfortable. I know I will miss not hearing Big Ben. Should I return to London for any length of time, I hope to be able to stay here again."

"The perfect flat and perfect location near Sloane Square Underground. Only 5 minute walk to underground. Spacious bedroom with king bed, and spacious sitting/livingroom for relaxing and spreading out after long tourist days. Kitchen well stocked and perfect for creating breakfasts, appetizers, and drinks. Small but standard in England. Small patio outside bedroom perfect for cocktails or coffee/tea. Large windows frame entire wall in livingroom and with high ceilings it very spacious feeling. Helpful check-in personnel pointing out local stores/restaurants. Great specialty grocery store with 10 minutes."

"Second time using "Perfect" other was in Paris. The Queensgate loft was just about perfect for three. The apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated, and very close to transportation, and some attractions. The only issue during the last three nights of our stay was hot water, but they did their best to remedy the problem. The staff are great, and the airport shuttle (Lushi) is also fantastic. Will definitely use again...hopefully in Italy!"

"I had a great stay at the Queensgate apartment. It was the perfect fit for me. It was nice, clean and modern. It had everything I needed and after a long day of sightseeing, I appreciated coming back to a nice comfortable bed! Hopefully I will be back soon and can stay there again!"

"Location, Location, Location. The apartment was amazing and so beautifully appointed including lovely artwork. The terrace off the front provided us a wonderful view of a residential street in Kensington along with and a community garden. Our entire experience using London Perfect was amazing and very high touch. We were greeted at the apartment by a young gentleman named Edward who walked us through all of the apartment's amenities and the local things to see and do. Items to note: - The apartment is old but has tremendous charm and character. - The bed was very comfortable but very small. - The kitchen again very small and dated. - WIFI connection was a hit or miss."

"This apartment (or "flat"!) is in a perfect location for those who wish to have peace and quiet but still be close to a tube stop. You are mere blocks away from the underground, groceries, Kensington/Hyde Park, and tons of great restaurants. The setup is ideal for families, and the kitchen is fully equipt to eat meals "in" if you choose. Overall, an amazingly wonderful place!"

"We spent a week at the Middleton Apartment, and totally enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. It is in a great part of London, with close proximity to the tube station, grocery store, pubs and restaurants. The London Perfect staff is very helpful and provides great service. I have recommended the Apartment to others, and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The Walton was a great location, we were getting fresh baked goods every morning from Baker and Spice up the street. The apartment was very comfortable. We were met at our agreed time and everything was explained in just a few minutes. We requested a fan and it was kindly delivered the next day. It was a great flat to rent and I would come back!"

"The apartment was amazing. Very well equipped with every facility you could want. The decor was superb. Extremely large en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. The location is great with The Surprise pub and many attractions of Chelsea within walking distance including the shops of the Kings Road. "This was the most comfortable and stylish flat. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The bed was oh so comfy! It was well equipped, adorable kitchen, and in the most perfect location for taking the bus or tube anywhere in London. A Tesco is right around the corner, eateries as well and a delicious bar and restaurant, Cinnamon Club, literally across the street in the old library building. Sax was wonderful when greeting us, he had some essentials for us upon arrival, so nice! Sax also was extremely helpful with advice about our stay in London. The weather was a bit on the warm side and Sax procured a fan for us at a moments notice! We had a fabulous time during our stay at the Westminster apartment in London. We will definitely contact London Perfect again for a London Adventure."
