"Quiet is the only way we can describe this flat. We lived in London for a few years and try to visit as often as possible. This was the most quiet haven we have stayed in.
Enjoyed the following restaurants which are close: The Surprise, Foxtrot Oscar, and The Phoenix.
Great bus stop - 170 to Victoria. Used the bus almost as much as the tube.
Ed and John were very responsive. Ed greeted us and we needed John's expertise the next day.
The flat has your basic needs. Some things to get used to, but no complaints.

"This apartment is perfect! It is a quiet oasis away from the crowds and noise. Just a short walk through a great neighborhood to Sloane Square station which is so convenient to everything a first-timer in London would want to see!
A few recommendations:
1) Shop at Waitrose or Marks & Spencer for groceries and wine (both on the King's Road). Great selections at both for easy meals.
2) Go to a service at Westminster Abbey. Evensong is offered every day and is a much better way to experience the church than just walking around it
3) Find the Roman Wall and All Hallows Church near the tower. Worth the short extra walk!
Thank you London Perfect for the Hamilton and for Ed, the best greeter ever!"

"The Cavendish is a well appointed, conveniently located, spacious and inviting flat in South Kensington located close to the tube and bus stop with a number of restaurants and pubs, specialty shops, grocery stores, and a post office nearby. The staff at London Perfect welcomes you, are available to answer questions, and help with your luggage upon departure. They recommended a wonderful driver who was prompt and charged below market rates. The apt. was more than just stocked with "starter" supplies, but had everything we needed available. This property, and the staff at London Perfect truly made our trip to London "perfect" and we look forward to staying at another one of their many properties on our next holiday."

"Thank you very much, my mother and her friend had a wonderful time!"
"The Hamilton is a wonderful flat for two people. We especially loved how close it was to the Sloane Street underground station, which allowed us to get everywhere else in London we wanted to get to. the neighborhood is lovely and safe, which made us feel comfortable when we were returning to the flat later in the evening. Ed mentioned a wonderful little restaurant that is virtually around the corner from the flat - The Surprise. we had two fun meals there. we appreciated the fact that the Tesco was virtually across the street for a small grocery run. The closeness of Kings Road for other shopping (Marks and Spenser) and a choice of restaurants was also helpful. The flat is nicely furnished and only Americans would be annoyed with the fact that the freezer is tiny and there's no real room for an ice tray. We made do. I would recommend the Hamilton to anyone who wanted the flexibility of a flat over a hotel room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there."

"It was a wonderful stay at Churchill in Autumn 2013. The layout of the flat was very practical for us, with the teenagers in the cosy little room with single beds and lots of privacy in master bedroom with its own bath. For its size, the place was so practical and comfortable. Delightfully decorated as all London/Paris Perfect apartments have proven to be. The location, within walking distance of Earl's Court tube station was perfect. We ended up walking a lot in the area (King's rd, South Kensington), but the access to public transport makes life very easy. Feel like a local and still live in luxury in London."

"We were very happy with our 8 day stay in the Russell Apartment. The location is great - we used the Earl's Court tube stop daily and loved being only 5 minutes away. The area is very nice, safe, and close to shopping, restaurants, and Kensington Park. The apartment was very clean and well supplied, and looked exactly like the photographs on line. It was a very comfortable calm place to return to after busy days of touring around London. Our experience with London Perfect was very good."

"It was a very comfortable apartment for us. The only minor thing that would have been useful was for them to have more silverware and a few more tea mugs. Then we would not have had to run the dishwasher or hand wash as frequently. Also if they could put a note on the power switches in the closet with the washer/dryer indicating which switches had to be on for the machines to work. Americans are not used to wall switches controlling appliances or controlling the power plugs in the wall."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton! This is our 2nd rental with London Perfect (the first was the Walton) and both turned out to be "London Perfect"! We'll be back."

"Tiny but efficient apartment in a great location. Walk to shops a block away or nearby on the Kensington High Street. Close to many sights and the Underground. Quiet residential area. A lovely stay!"

"We stayed at the Pelham for 6 nights. The apt was perfect. Very modern and up to date in the decoration, extremely confortable, very clean and very well equipped. The location, we could not ask for better. Chelsea is a beautiful area. We could walk to everything. Good boutiques, nice bakeries, excellent restaurants and very safe. When I go back to London, because we did not get enough, London is a beautiful city all around, we will definitely rebook with London Perfect and I would definitely rebook the same apt. NOTHING negative to report. Thank you to the owners to keep a nice property in that condition. We have rented often and the apt. are not always up to date. It is nice to stay in a beautiful environment."

"We found the Cornwall to be a great location, well appointed and very comfortable. Its location to the tube opened up all of London. A day pass from the ticket counter and the city was there to be explored. Looking forward to a return visit!"

"Five of us stayed in this apartment recently and could not have been more pleased. The location, between the High St Kensington station and the Notting Hill station was superb, making train travel very easy. In addition, there are numerous buses in the streets around the unit which allowed our 4 year old grandson to experience the double decker. Having a Whole Foods within a 5 minute walk also made it easy to get food into the apartment. The unit itself was spacious and everything within it was clean and well taken care of. We had London Perfect arrange to have a cleaning person come in for an hour a couple of times and she did an excellent job of straightening out the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. She also washed and dried the towels. While not part of the service, this was easily arranged and well worth the nominal cost. Having an apartment made London so much more enjoyable and this one was super."

"Excellent location. Close to parks, shopping and transportation. Having John there to greet us when we arrived was very helpful in getting settled in. There was some confusion regarding the regular cleaning lady, but this was resolved. The rooms were nicely proportioned, other than the kitchen which was really too tight and crowded to allow anything more than the simplest meal preparation."

"We wanted to live like the Londoners and the Salisbury apartment located at the Stanhope Gardens was just great!
1- Very nicely decorated apartment. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room at the end of the long walking day.
2- Location is perfect! Within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert, Natural Science and other museums. The tube is just 3 minutes walking distance. There are restaurants, pubs and food store very near.
3- Quiet location! We hardly ever heard a police car or fire truck horn. One night we slept with the window open and we didn't hear anything!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Salisbury and would recommend with no hesitation."
"Queensgate was perfect for the week my husband and I spent in London. This compact yet comfortable flat takes advantage of every inch of space. We enjoyed the location and quickly got the hang of getting around on the tube and the city bikes."

"We were two couples sharing Cavendish and were very pleased with it. We used Lushi for transport which worked very well, and were met by Ed when we arrived for orientation which was very prompt and useful. The best thing about Cavendish, however, is the location which is in a nice neighborhood, in walking distance to scores of wonderful restaurants, and a very short walk to the South Kensington Tube which has three lines passing through which go about anywhere you would want to go. In general, we found that London Perfect was very prompt and helpful to us when we had a question, very easy to communicate with, and delivered all that was promised. I would highly recommend them."
"I stayed at Chelsea Green with 2 girlfriends for a week. It's a fantastic apartment that is bright, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The apartment is also in a excellent location! It is in the middle of Chelsea, steps to King's Road which offers great shopping, restaurants and pubs, and only about a 5 minute walk to the tube station.
We really enjoyed our stay here and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a central place to stay in London."
"This apartment is close to perfection for visiting London. It is modern, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The best thing, of course, is the location – just off King's Road near Sloane Square. The Queens Head pub – a local neighborhood hangout, often with wonderfully behaved dogs enjoying time with their owners – is just steps away. The River Thames is a 5-10 minute walk. Gordon Ramsay’s signature restaurant is on the way to the Thames. Battersea Park is just across the Thames and is quite enjoyable. Harrods and Hyde Park are a 15-20 minute walk – with just about every high-end fashion label lining both sides of Sloane Street. There are numerous bus routes running along King's Road that will get you anywhere you would want to go in London. The Tube station is at Sloane Square, but take the bus – it is almost as fast and way more enjoyable. Don't forget to buy an Oyster card – a seven-day card will give you unlimited bus and Tube rides."
"The mews apartment was located in the perfect spot for our group. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, museums, Harrod's, etc.
The accommodations worked well, and having three bathrooms made getting ready very nice. Being in the heart of South Kensington, the apartment was very quiet. A very delightful stay! Thank you."
