If you want to experience what it is to live in Kensington, look no further. The apartment is has all the modern amenities, yet the look and feel are timeless. It is ideally located if you want to explore the surrounding neighborhoods, and if you are up to sightseeing or business, the walk to the nearest tube station is just 3 minutes.

We have been visiting London annually for more than 20 years and the Christie apartment is the best place we have stayed. The London and Paris Perfect apartments, are always beautiful, well-located, and supported effectively 'round the clock by the attentive staff of London Perfect. The Christie is in a beautiful quiet mews between Kensington High Street and Kensington Church Street with lovely unobstructed views of the shops in the lane and the local church. Our flight arrived late, which was no challenge for the staff, who got us in, arranged for a meeting the next day to introduce us to the apartment and its amenities (including fresh milk and juice in the fridge, along with a stocked coffee machine). The excellent restaurant at the foot of the lane is open late for dinner and early for breakfast. The apartment's eco-friendly washer/dryer allowed us to be efficient in our packing. We will definitely stay there again.

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and welcoming mews home. The location is exceptional. We loved walking to the various local restaurants, Harrod's and especially enjoyed Coco Momo. Partridge's, a charming small market is a short walk away with wonderful baked goods, delicious cheeses and take out items. Although Middleton is next door to a small pub, there is little noise in the street during the early evening hours. The house has a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, peaceful and nicely decorated bedrooms and updated bathrooms - one with a great shower. The home is within easy walking distance to Kensington Palace and the Victoria and Albert Museum. We also appreciated using the drivers who met us at the airport and picked us up for the return flight. This is the second time I have used London Perfect and I remain a true fan. Renting a home can be stressful, London Perfect makes it a pleasure."

Our stay at The Christie was the highlight of our most recent journey to London. Perfectly positioned in our favorite part of Kensington, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We loved the hip, elegant decor, and the easy access to the Tube station and parks. The London Perfect team was very responsive and always gracious. Not only do we highly recommend the service, we'll most certainly make use of it again on a future trip to the city.

"We stayed in this delightful and very comfortable two-floor flat in December and can highly recommend it. The location is splendid. I will say that we were concerned at first because of the seeming distance (really only about 10 minutes away) of the Sloan Square tube stop, but we found the buses on King Road wonderfully handy and often took them into central London rather than changing. Make sure your greeter fully explains the kitchen and heating system which were a bit "foreign" to us. Handy Tesco Express nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at this well-positioned property. We booked over a year in advance and throughout that time the communication with London Perfect, the team that manages this property, was excellent. They were very professional, courteous, and comprehensive. The house is in South Kensington, a very upscale, understated, quiet area where a lot of embassies are located. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the Gloucester tube station. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were a bit hard but the linens were nice. There was a problem with the TV that took a day to fix and also a drainage issue with the shower that we reported so it could be addressed. There was lots of hot water and the space was well designed. Even though there was the 3rd bedroom with twin beds for our 12 year old, he loved sleeping in the perch up on the 3rd floor. It's not a full room per se, but more like a comfy cubby that he loved and felt was his own hideaway. The space looks larger in the photos and I have found this to be true of most HomeAway/Air BnB rentals. There was a small Christmas tree (very sweet and really helped set the holiday ambiance) and cozy blankets. The dishwasher worked well but the washer and dryer took longer to complete cycles than we were accustomed to. The pub next door, The Queen's Arms, is not to be missed! The manager and employees are incredibly friendly and the pub itself is as authentic and off the tourist path as you can get. Also, the noise from the pub quiets down early and didn't interfere with our rest. We did use Lushi, the driver recommended through London Perfect, and we were very pleased that we did. Like London Perfect itself, Lushi was easy to communicate with, prompt, and very professional. It was so nice after getting in from a trans-Atlantic flight to have someone meet us and bring us to the house. Also, the prices were comparable to a cab and there was so much more provided in service in terms of meeting us at the arrival area. London Perfect emailed us with a neighborhood guide that was *very* comprehensive and helpful. Definitely take the time to study this before you go. This was a fabulous trip that was successfully facilitated by this lovely home and London Perfect. Although there were some quirks as mentioned above, they were more than made up for by positives. We are glad we stayed at the Middleton."

We were one of the first guests to stay in Christie and we're absolutely delighted! The apartment has been completely remodelled and is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is picture perfect in Kensington, so close to Kensington Palace and the excellent restaurants and shops. We loved the nearby Wholefoods store which enabled us to purchase gourmet groceries and enjoy a home cooked meals. London Perfect recommended Launceston Place restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner and it was certainly the highlight of our European trip. The team were extremely efficient and it was great to know that we had someone we could call if there was a problem. We can't wait to come back!

"We spent 6 days here with our 2 adult sons and had a fabulous time! The neighborhood was beautiful, with great shops and a speciality grocery store just a block away. There were 3 excellent restaurants only a bock away The Tube was 12 minutes away and the Victoria and Albert Museum just a few steps away. The local pub right next door was so much fun and always crowded! They won't allow outdoor drinking after 9:00 pm so it was always quiet. Your staff was very attentive. Whenever we called with a problem (light burned out) they responded immediately! Everyone was very nice and very helpful. We have never had a flat before and this was the ideal way to be with the family!!"

Chelsea is the perfect neighborhood, with its tree-lined streets, village feel, and proximity to shopping and restaurants, and our apartment was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, with every amenity you would need - A fully equipped kitchen, a lovely outdoor garden, comfortable beds, and so much more. Tasteful elegance, combined with an excellent location – if we have the good fortune to return to London, this is where we would love to stay again!"

"We stayed at this beautiful flat during Holy week. This flat provided a quiet oasis from the huge crowds at the tourist sites during the holiday week. The photos are very accurate, as this was a bright and comfortable flat for our family of 4. The courtyard gardens were lovely with the Spring flowers, and that apartment is well-located, as it is halfway between the Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street tube stops, so it was easy to get to virtually all of the normal tourist destinations. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, pastry shops, and markets within walking distance. It was also nice to be so close to Kensington Palace and Gardens and Hyde Park, which provide nice opportunities for long strolls or jogs, and we were able to walk to Royal Albert Hall one night for a concert."

"My family and I stayed at the Walton at the end of December. We loved the location-close to Sloane Square and South Kensington tube stations. We loved the fact that we had so much more space than a hotel room. The place is beautifully decorated. Very quiet at night as well. It is a 4-level home so if you don't like steps this might not be for you. Would definitely stay here again."

"The flat was pretty much perfect for our 10-day stay. It is spacious, one of the best-equipped kitchens we have experienced, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is excellent with good local restaurants and pubs, easy to get to the bus or tube and is a very short walk to King's Road with all it has to offer - plus the Tesco Express on the corner is a life-saver. This experience went a long way to making it one of our best London holidays (the wonderful concerts we attended were, of course, our highlight). As we have experienced with Paris Perfect, the attention by your staff both before and during our stay was very much appreciated."

"Londonperfect is by far the most thorough and proactive vacation rental company we've encountered. From the reservations agent to the ground team in London (Sax and Dan. Dan even walked us and our luggage to the tube on our check-out date), everyone took that extra step to make sure our needs are met, glitches are fixed, etc. Two examples: 1) before our arrival, I emailed the reservation team about a hair dryer in the apartment. They didn't just tell me to call if I can't find it; they communicated with the London ground team who got back to me within a day, assuring me that the greeter will bring an extra one in case they can't locate the one that should already be in the apartment. 2) upon arrival I asked Sax and Dan about fans just as a back up. They couldn't locate them at first, which is really not a concern for us as London at that time was cool. Two hours later Sax emailed to say he talked to the owners who gave directions to the fans in a high cupboard, and he offered to come and get the fans out of the cupboard for us. Traveling with young kids, I can't begin to express how much I appreciate these thoughtful gestures. We'll absolutely use London Perfect and recommend our friends to the company in the future."

"London Perfect was an amazing company to work with; incredibly professional and exceptionally thorough from arranging a car service to picking us up at the airport, to providing details for WiFi access, to offering a wide variety of children's DVDs and picture books for our 3 year old, to listing suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood, to booking a private tour guide. The location of the Austen was central and very convenient for getting anywhere we wanted to. London Perfect made our vacation completely hassle and stress free and the fact that the Austen felt like home made our vacation that much more special. We highly recommend London Perfect and will continue to use the company for future planning."
