"We had a wonderful stay at the Queensgate studio loft. Great location and everything was perfect in the apartment."
Renata Mattos, Brazil
"Perfect location. Very convenient for walks in Kensington Gardens and the Gloucester Tube Station was just about a 10 minute walk. The apartment was very comfortable and all the necessary amenities (except for a coffee maker)."
David Andrews, North Carolina, United States
"This beautifully decorated and quiet flat has a wonderful layout and is well equipped with all the modern amenities. Its location in Notting Hill is an easy stroll to Notting Hill Gate Underground station that puts you in reach of all London for just two pounds a day. Wonderful restaurants, pubs and shops surround the apartment, and don't miss the nearby famous Portebello market!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Queensgate Studio Loft! Having stayed at two Paris Perfect apartments we knew the accommodations would be nice. My daughter and I enjoyed the location, the decor, and the large bathroom. Your friendly staff welcomed us at the apartment and provided valuable information. Thank you!"

"First, the Gladstone is a beautiful property in a very nice area of London. It is close to a large shopping center, bus stops and tube stations. It was a great location. The apartment itself, is very spacious and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there. On our first full day in London our Aunt had a medical emergency and my daughter had a crazy ambulence ride to Charing Cross hospital during rush hour traffic. Our Aunt was very ill and remained in Intensive Care almost a week; she was in the hospital about 6 weeks before she was discharged to go back home to the states. When our reservation at the Gladstone was over, the owner made arrangements for us to stay an additional 5 days as we had nowhere to go and couldn't leave her there in the hospital alone. They were absolutely on top of everything at London Perfect; any questions or requests we had were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend staying specifically at the Gladstone, but I am sure any of their properties are just as beautiful and well run as the Gladstone was. I understand they have properties all over Europe and hope to stay at others in the future!"

"We spent a wonderful 10 days at the Middleton Mews house in December 2013. The house had been renovated immediately prior to our stay and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Staying in a mews house gave us a quintessential London experience. It was very warm and cosy too. The location is exceptional. Kensington is a very beautiful part of London and is a brilliant base for a London holiday. We were within walking distance of both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations, bus stops, museums, Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods; the list goes on. It was a five minute walk to the shopping village in Gloucester Road where we were able to buy all the groceries we needed. We received excellent service from London Perfect both prior to and during our stay. We were very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them to the most discerning travellers."

"We stayed at The Leicester with our two children the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The flat is gorgeous - beautiful new kitchen with everything we needed, incredible designer living room, luxurious bedroom, and spa bath - and a bargain compared to Notting Hill hotel rates. Everything felt very English but very modern at the same time - plenty of outlets, fast free Internet, great water pressure, and all new appliances - dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc - with beautiful period woodwork, classic Art Deco building, great windows with lots of light, etc. Views from the flat were beautiful and the Ladbroke Square Garden (keys included!) was a wonderful treat. Unmatched location - Michelin restaurants and cozy pubs all minutes walk away, incredible high end shopping on Westborne Grove and Ledbury Road - a block from Portobello Road Market with wonderful antiques and a fabulous vibe. We saw three shows (flat is two blocks from the tube - straight shot to the West End), shopped Knightsbridge and huge local Whole Foods, hosted a cocktail party and a brunch for local friends - all with ease and convenience. We plan to go back to a The Leicester for January sales and to try more restaurants, see more theatre, and walk more of Notting Hill. Can't wait."

"After having lived in London for a few years, I and my two children have returned many times to visit friends and enjoy our favorite city. Usually we stay at one of the hotels on Park Lane in Mayfair, but decided this time to try London Perfect after a recommendation from a work colleague. We were intrigued by the new listing for The Leicester and so gave it a try and will never stay anywhere else again - the location is truly perfect. The flat is beautifully furnished with high end furniture throughout and is ideal for a couple, two couples, or a family of four - far more spacious and comfortable than a hotel. My kids slept wonderfully in the sofa trundle bed (amazing design), we ate in for breakfast every morning, and spent our days exploring the local shops, Hyde Park (Winter Wonderland!) and Kensington Gardens, and Christmas shopping on a Regent Street and Covent Garden. The kids loved the open space and playgrounds in private Ladbroke Square Gardens and the war memorabilia in the local Churchill Arms pub. We braved the crowds of Portobello Road and found some great Christmas gifts - they were filming the new Paddington Bear movie while we were there! From traditional fish and chips to internationally ranked cuisine at The Ledbury, from beautiful neighborhoods and private gardens to amazing shopping, I now see why Americans flock to Notting Hill. And the flat made it perfect - a special place - comfortable, elegant, the pied a terre in fashionable Notting Hill you wish you owned."

"The Russell apartment was perfect! Centrally located, it is within a very short walk to several tube stops...we used the alley across the road to short cut to Earl's Court (took us 5 minutes!). Grocery stores abound! Sainsbury is literally a block away. Tescos (better selection) is a 10 minute walk and Whole Foods (yes Americans...a Whole Foods store!) is about a 15 minute walk to Kensington High Street. Our visit was over Thanksgiving and we were able to host 10 people in the flat very comfortably...enough chairs, plates, glasses provided in the flat. Sufficient cookware. I was able to cook a real turkey with all the trimmings and sides! The oven is a European one so everything takes longer (I'm spoiled with 2 large ovens at home). The washer dryer works well, albeit loads are very small and the machines normal cycles are quite long (compared to USA). Never-the-less, it works perfectly! Beds are very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We would rent again this flat in a nano second! Highly recommend!"

"My daughter and I had a wonderful week at the Queensgate Loft. The apartment, though small, was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was provided and in excellent condition. After very long days the comfortable bed was indeed appreciated! We loved the neighborhood which had easy access to the Tube but was away from all the congestion. We were given great eating suggestions and used the services of Lushi to take us back and forth to the airport. Great service! My only concern of the apartment would be the heating system. We were very warm upstairs in the loft but thankfully there was a fan. We had turned the radiator almost off and still it was warm upstairs. I am not sure how that would work in the summer. All in all it was a great week and we would certainly stay in the same apartment again. The proximity to the museums was also very nice as we could just pop in whenever."

"We very much enjoyed our week-long stay at the Walton. We were met at Heathrow by a driver from Lushi and were able to go directly to the apartment even though we arrived early. Ed went over the workings of the apartment (no matter how often I travel to the UK, I always forget that the electrical outlets have switches), dropped off wonderful treats, and gave us the low-down on where the bonfire and fireworks were going to be that evening (we caught the tail end near Battersea Park). The apartment is beautifully decorated, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and a short walk to three tube stations, countless restaurants, shops, and bakeries. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We are already repeat customers so you know we will definitely look to London Perfect for accommodations when we return."

"Thank you very much, my mother and her friend had a wonderful time!"
"It was a wonderful stay at Churchill in Autumn 2013. The layout of the flat was very practical for us, with the teenagers in the cosy little room with single beds and lots of privacy in master bedroom with its own bath. For its size, the place was so practical and comfortable. Delightfully decorated as all London/Paris Perfect apartments have proven to be. The location, within walking distance of Earl's Court tube station was perfect. We ended up walking a lot in the area (King's rd, South Kensington), but the access to public transport makes life very easy. Feel like a local and still live in luxury in London."
S. Thakur-Weigold, Schweiz, Switzerland
"We were very happy with our 8 day stay in the Russell Apartment. The location is great - we used the Earl's Court tube stop daily and loved being only 5 minutes away. The area is very nice, safe, and close to shopping, restaurants, and Kensington Park. The apartment was very clean and well supplied, and looked exactly like the photographs on line. It was a very comfortable calm place to return to after busy days of touring around London. Our experience with London Perfect was very good."

"Excellent location. Close to parks, shopping and transportation. Having John there to greet us when we arrived was very helpful in getting settled in. There was some confusion regarding the regular cleaning lady, but this was resolved. The rooms were nicely proportioned, other than the kitchen which was really too tight and crowded to allow anything more than the simplest meal preparation."

"We wanted to live like the Londoners and the Salisbury apartment located at the Stanhope Gardens was just great! 1- Very nicely decorated apartment. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room at the end of the long walking day. 2- Location is perfect! Within walking distance to the Victoria and Albert, Natural Science and other museums. The tube is just 3 minutes walking distance. There are restaurants, pubs and food store very near. 3- Quiet location! We hardly ever heard a police car or fire truck horn. One night we slept with the window open and we didn't hear anything! We really enjoyed our stay at the Salisbury and would recommend with no hesitation."
"Queensgate was perfect for the week my husband and I spent in London. This compact yet comfortable flat takes advantage of every inch of space. We enjoyed the location and quickly got the hang of getting around on the tube and the city bikes."
Vianna Zimbel, Connecticut, United States
"We stayed for 11 nights in this apartment and it worked out perfectly. The apartment looked just like the pictures - very spacious and clean. I admit that after looking at Google street view, I was a little concerned, as the street looks a little shabby and the apt backs up to a very busy road. But the street turned out to be very quiet and safe, and the apartment is very well insulated so no worries about the street noise (or any other noise for that matter). I especially appreciated the closet space, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, heated bathroom and kitchen floors, air-conditioning, proximity to buses and tube, and inviting oasis at the end of busy sight-seeing days! My only suggestion to London Perfect would be to include a day or two of maid service!"
Pati Anderson, AZ, United States
"The apartment was perfect for our needs - great location, very clean and well appointed. We had a minor air conditioning problem that was solved within hours. No hesitation in strongly recommending this apartment."
Barry Lumb, Ontario, Canada
"The house was lovely, and furnished with very interesting period pieces, yet it still felt cozy. The beds were quite comfortable, and the AC worked well. SAT TV in every bedroom! Everything we needed for our stay was there, including a well stocked kitchen, with some groceries supplied for our first day, which was a nice touch. As we had young children with us, we used the laundry facilities everyday. The neighborhood is especially good, being quiet and upscale, while close to everything. Many shops, museums, and Hyde Park within walking distance. For the size of our group, the price was equal or better to staying in a hotel, but in a homely setting with more conveniences. What really made our stay great was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and their niece. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. They supplied a lot of brochures, maps, etc. in the home, as well as magazines, gave advice on transport, and brought over a bottle of wine one night to have a chat with us! : ) They even found a doctor for me as I was sick part of our stay. Thanks Bill and Kezia! Hope we get a chance to return! If you have trouble with steps, the house might not be appropriate as there are a lot. But it keeps you fit! : )"
